S & M Auto Paint & Body Shop Inc

After my accident I sent my 2008 Acura RDX to them on Nov. 13 2016, they kept my vehicle here for 10 days and failed to even give me an estimate. They said it was because they couldn't find 1 part, also Robbie ( shop worker) told me that my vehicle would be a total loss. So after 10 days went by I sent my vehicle to WRG Paint and Body on Nov.23 and they had my vehicle fixed in 1 week, no problems. They mentioned the S&M just flat out didnt want to spend time finding the part they needed and so they didnt want to work on my vehicle. My advice is to not take your vehicle here, go somewhere that values your business and treat customers with a level of dignity.

Ladies beware. This shop clearly does not think women will inspect their work. I was aghast when I went to pick up my vehicle and could see the old rusted parts through the shotty paint job. There were visible cracks and they attempted to weld some dojo intend parts to make them for and edge up their profit margin. My car is in worse shape than when they received it from the tow truck. I would not darken these doors again. I question if the first three reviews were paid reviews. Save yourself and go elsewhere.

I got three estimates and S& M Body Shop was my third estimate and hands down based on the initial estimate and friendly service, I chose them and I was not disappointed! I initially met with Hunter who took his time and broke down the paint & body work to me. Very office friendly staff. They even detailed my car! I will recommend them to all my family and friends!
