The worst service ever almost a month to get my car fix nobody called me I have to call to check on my car they're so unprofessional the worst just the worst.

Don't get your car fixed here

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They are unprofessional and will have your car much longer than they say they will. Prepare to be hung up on and lied to after they get your car. The initial phone call is great but that's where the customer service ends. They won't tell you how much their "free" rental can really cost you. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES! DO NOT LET THEM TALK YOU INTO LEAVING YOUR CAR WITH THEM!

The most horrible experience ever, very unorganized and unprofessional, I pray I never have to deal with this company again my son was called by them to come in do the paperwork so they could get him in a rental. The wait was horrible, did the paperwork to find out we had to go to another place to sign papers to release the wrecked car, come back to another long wait to find out he still can't get a rental because of his age (22) then only to be assured that the rental would be dropped off at MY place of work because I was of age WRONG 5 hours later I find out the rental was NEVER called in therefore it would NEVER get dropped off LEAVING me STUCK at work (my son went to work in MY car) with no transportation no way home kept calling this place to keep getting the run around until they finally stopped answering the phone I guess they didn't care that they promised a customer that live an hour away from home a car and didn't deliver horrible horrible service a nightmare
