He took care of the problem, and the service was wonderful. He was very friendly, and came within an hour.

I was very pleased with my service by a techinican on 3-18-10 where he was very thoughtful. I also like the knowledge he had about plumbing and gave my serveral suggestions that would keep my plumbing from backing up. I was recommended by a neighbor about Roto-Rooter and I will continue the cycle of recommending this company. The company offer excellent customer service, articulate employees, and excellent prices. I call roto-rooter March 16, 2010. Roto-Rooter was at my house in less than an hour. That is what I call service. The gentleman was very nice. I am happy with the work. I was out of hot water for three days, and I had water leaking out of my garage storage room to the driveway. My son took a bath in cold water. I wash my face in cold water, this was not a pleasure experience, but I did enjoy Roto-Rooter overall service. Thank You!

Roto Rooter and your technician, Kyle 1130 were very easy to work with during my problem. Kyle was very knowledgeable and offered helpful advice when needed/requested. I will definitely be calling Roto Rooter again if I have future problems.

This past Saturday a main drain clog threatend a weekend with a house full of out of town guests. We needed service ASAP. We were pleasently surprised by the prompt service (1 hour).

Efficient service, honest workmen, on time, made necessary repairs

They do a good job but they are very expensive. Their labor charge is high and mark up on the parts is also high. I thinks it pays to shop around. I won't use their service next time.

Servcie man came very promptly after being called on Christams Eve morning. He explained everything thoroughly, did a great job-we were very pleased. Carlos was very helpful.

As if this time of year isn't crazy enough...we discovered two leaks. We called Roto-Rooters and got an appointment at our convenience. Our Plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. He took care of our problem very quickly. We will definitely use them in the future.
