I've been servicing my cars (Honda Civic and Honda Accord) at Hendrick Honda for 12 years and I've received Excellent Service from Dan Cannon Service Advisor and I am VERY SATISFIED with his performance as an Advisor. Not only do they have a very professional operation at Hendrick Honda, I am confident that Dan will find a solution to my car problem and he encourages me to call whenever there is an issue. I encourage everyone to use Dan Cannon as a Service Advisor they will not be disappointed.

I've been servicing my family's two cars (Odyssey and CR-V) at Hendrick Honda since moving to Charlotte about 2 years ago and I've been VERY SATISFIED with the excellent service we've always gotten from Scott Wendel, service advisor. They run a very professional operation, top-notch and high quality and I feel they appreciate my business.

I recently purchased my car from Hendrick honda in Charlotte NC, specifically from Sean Smith. He was very helpful and upfront with me even over the phone. I have recommended Hendrick Honda already! This was my first car purchase so I was a little nervous but they took great care of me! Even Mr.Gordon that helped me with all my paperwork was super nice! He took his time with me and explained anything I had a question about. He was very thorough and patient with me. I really appreciate all their hard work in getting me my new accord! I love it!

I bought a 2014 Honda Civic EX-L. Great experience. Salesperson Troy Rivens has got to be one of the best people I've ever worked with on any purchase. Very professional and friendly. Everything he promised he fulfilled and he even went above and beyond what was promised. I highly recommend Hendrick Honda and specifically Troy Rivens. Great dealership with great people. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Hendrick Honda is where you want to buy your car.

We received a marketing flyer from Hendricks Honda on South Blvd. inviting us to a special buyback and sale that was being held at the location beginning tomorrow, 6/21 through Saturday only. The flyer indicated that they would offer you the base MSRP for any vehicle you have from 1991 - 2010 for the year that the car was made minus up to $.50 p/ mile over the standard 12K miles p/ yr. We have a 2005 Nissan Quest, MSRP for the base model that yr. was listed as $23,200 and it has about 117K on it, but it is in great running condition, looks good and is an SL, not a base model. They also included a check for up to 8K to put towards the purchase of a new or used car on their lot. This all looked really good, a bit too good, but the advertisement stated that even if you owe more on your current vehicle than it is worth, this offer would overcome that barrier to buying a car. So, my husband went over there today with our three kids to see what the process was all about and to be certain what the provisions were with this offer. Basically, it was another "bait-n-switch", which we should have been expecting. They took all of the mileage 117K at about $.17 p/ mile off what they would give us for the car, so offered only 4K, which was not how the advertisement read and told us initially that this offer was only good for the purchase of a new car, which was also not what the advertisement said. I get that they need to make money too, but don't send out this kind of advertisement if you are not going to honor it. We read all of the small print and nothing in that small print said anything about limiting the buy back of your vehicle to Kelly Blue Book, if that was the case, we would have not even went in to talk with them. It was a waste of my husband's time, 90 minutes and my kids, who did great as they waited had to sit through this farce as well. SHAME ON YOU HENDRICKS! I will make sure everyone I know hears about this practice and you will certainly not see us buying from Hendricks in the future and we did go there with the intention of buying a car, had a check ready and everything. We will continue to work with Modern Nissan, they were straight forward, never lured us in with this type of shady, "used car tactic" and we knew where we stood with them and what they could do for us. We aren't looking for free, but we do expect to be treated with respect and for a company to honor what they advertise....Hendricks did neither!

We recently went to Hendrick Honda to purchase a vehicle. Jessica Johnson was very helpful in helping us choose the best fit for our family. She was informative, friendly and professional, even going the extra mile to help me find some things I had left in my old car. Brenden, our loan officer worked very hard in getting us our car. Buying a new car has always been stressful. It had been almost 10 years since I bought my last one. Ryan Narus was great negotiating the vehicle via phone and email, as we live some distance from the dealer ship. I had been looking for a car for about a month when I found it at Hendrick.I made the salesman(Anders)an offer and he agreed with the offer but later came back and added $600.I told him to keep it and hung up.A week later I called to talk to another salesman and was directed to the sales mgr(Byrly)He also agreed to the deal and asked if I could come in early the next morning to get the sale on june sales.I got up early the next morning and drove 60 miles with 25 more to get to the dealership only to get a call saying the car had been sold the night before.Integrity starts from the top down in a company.BEWARE HENDRICK HONDA

I mentioned a problem with the cruise control, turning on it self sometimes and technician just didn't want to hear about it, after I insisted and being cut off a few times he said it was almost 2000 miles passed the warranty to get it check for free, which it's ok, but even since I've been loyal to this location and having all the oil changes and other services done here since I purchased this new vehicle, I was very dissapointed because it was not about paying to get it check but the lack of concern about the safety of the vehicle me and my family, the tires of this vehicle did not last not even 2 years, car it's not even 3 years old and floor it's showing some kind of rusting, I have so many regrets, chances are my next new vehicle will not be a Honda.

Avoid this dealership at all costs

Hendrick Honda of Charlotte should be avoided at all cost. They practice shady tactics like collecting a deposit on all transactions so that if you change your mind, you lose your money (they collect everything as a p"partial payment" even if its just for them to locate a vehichle). Never leave them a deposit and never sign anything - especially at this dealership. There are so many choices in Charlotte, so give you business to a dealership that puts you (the customer) first and deserves it.
