Amazing Customer Service

Even with my car being towed in 15 minutes before closing on a Friday evening, every staff member was helpful and greeted me with a smile. Clarissa warmly wrote up the service order and thoroughly reviewed it's history. While Richard set me up in a rental car with ease and never a hint of it being the end of the day, even as we exited into the rain to inspect the rental. Amazing customer service, consistently!

Awesome Experience

I was assisted by Stewart Abbott in sales when I was looking for a Civic Sport. He was very professional over the phone and after visiting two other dealerships, he was the most straightforward. Communication was terrific and I decided to purchase the vehicle over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was sitting outside with a big bow on top. No games, the price was what was quoted on the phone. Helping with the sale was Jay Levin. Jay took us for the test drive and went over all the features. Ronnie Russell finished up the paperwork at the end. It was very quick and easy!
This was a very stress free purchase.
The dealership is very clean and updated. Every salesperson asked if we needed assistance. Thank you Hendrick Honda for a stress free purchase

The car salesman who took care of me was BRAD THOMPSON. Not only was he patient with me throughout the process of purchasing my new vehicle but he was also very kind and respectful! I brought in my Ridgeline without an appointment, but Jon Sullivan took care of me. I needed an oil change & a tire fixed. Jon took care of me the whole morning, and kept me up-to-date on the work and delays (due to appointments ahead of me). I brought the truck in around 8 am and was out again before Noon. I love the Hendrick Honda dealership and have been doing business with them for over 10 years.

Andrea was God sent, I'm so thankful she got my call on November 15, 2019. I went thinking it was one thing wrong with my car. But it end up being something else, she was on point I was really impressed with her knowledge on cars. The problem was fixed that day. Then the next day another issue happened, so I stopped back at the Honda place and thank you Jesus she was there ready to help. The issue this time was big $ money, through it all she keep me calm and had options for me. I was so thankful and everything worked out. She will be my new go to person every time I go to Honda on South Blvd Charlotte NC. Andrea Thank you for everything! TSmith

Great customer service!!!

I went here yesterday to get a replacement wheel lock key for my tires. I first mistakenly went to the Service area, and this lady nicely redirected me to the Parts department. Once at Parts, two gentlemen (I unfortunately don't remember any names) were excellent in their help and service. One got right to determining which wheel key lock I'll need, and both men shared some very helpful tips and information for me keeping up with that key in the future -- like making sure I specifically ask for it before leaving a shop whenever I get tire work done in the future. They were both very nice, helpful, friendly, and professional. The *only* thing I disliked about this place is that it's so far from me!! I live in north Charlotte and it's in the south. I was only in that part of town because that was around where my tire had blown the night before. If I lived closer, I would happily go here more regularly, but I will be sure to recommend to friends and others I know who do! :)

I found a Civic that I loved and was approved for on a Saturday. I traded in my VW Beetle for $1000 down payment. Then 3 weeks later my financing supposedly fell through. It was in my contract for me to return the Civic in return for my VW. Well, they already sold my VW. I made them aware of the paragraph 4 on the back of the contract, as well as on the addendum. Matt didn't even know it was written there. I had to show him. They quickly found my car in Statesville. They told me it would be returned the next day. I called all day, left voicemails. They dodged my calls. Finally at 5, I went to the dealership and demanded my car. When I got it back, the windshield was busted, the window won't roll up, the interior door panel is ruined. When I questioned them about it they told me they had nothing to do with it. They weren't supposed to sell my car in the 1st place. Until the financing went through. They told me to leave or they would call the police.

Jim Burrows is awesome. I recently moved to Charlotte from the Midwest and he made me feel right at home (away from home). He took care of me (and my car) and made sure to make the experience personal and with his time/effort to explain things to me in such a way I would easily understand. I will come back for services!! Very pleased with my service visit with Donald Gunn. He set up the appointment at a time that worked with my schedule. I was amazed he knew my name when he came out to take my car back for servicing . He was right on the money, time wise, saying about I-I 1/2 hours for the service (it was ready in an hour. We have been customers with Hendrick Honda for about 14 years and have always been more than pleased with this customer service, Don Gunn continues the considerate care we have always gotten
