It is truly challenging to find the words to describe how pleased I am with my hair and my new stylist Crystal Bella. Crystal has the ability to not simply give you a style, she has the talent to use hair to highlight the beauty that is specific to your features. While you are in Crystal Bella's chair, you will certainly feel like a princess, and you will leave her salon looking like a queen.

I went to crystal two ago and I luv my hair I brought the hair she recommend the hair is the best hair it's tangle free she is the best styles I been to this far I would recommend anyone who want a good weave you will not be disappointed at all!!!!!

I went to Crystal Bella for the first time in May, I told her I needed to get some prior weave taken out my hair and I needed a new sew in. She did a magnificent job, I got my hair taken out and washed. After that I got it braided and she sewed in the weave. My hair was fabulous. Customer service was great as well, I didn't have to wait to get seen or anything as soon as I stepped in the shop I was seen. So ladies if you want a celebrity sew in she is the best and is worth the travel.

i went here because i was tired of driving to atlanta for sew-in but her distasteful comments about my natural hair completely turned me off- as a 1st time client i expected a lot more class than that. I had brought her a drink from a store and she even had a rude remark because i didnt get a "diet"... i left and did not get a service performed. She is way too loud and pushy and i felt totally disrespected- the braid pattern thats used is not a good one- everyone that ws in the salon had very weak edges- which was my first red flag. Her kids run around the salon with attitudes and saying all types of unprofessional things. as much as i paid for my hair i was not going to let someone that unproffessional mess it up. Im sure she had a mouthful to say once i left but i dont care- go there at your own risk

I had a scheduled appt with Crystal today 06/02/12. However something must of happended because I tried to call her a few days before the appt and after not getting a answer and leaving several messages with no return call, I decided to go by the shop as I had a few questions to ask her about the expensive hair she demanded me to purchase..only "remy hair". To my surprise I was told that she no longer works at that location not to mention I had already drove around and went to 3 seperate locations as the website is not that informative and gives you several locations. Anyways Crystal is very unprofessional as other clients previously stated becuase she decided to call me the morning of the appt 15 min before the appt I guess to tell me to drive to her Raleigh location to get my hair done.."Yeah right". Ladies please save your $300+ dollars and yes I said $300 + because that is what you would be paying after purchasing the specified hair she perfers to work with. She is not worh investing this type of money into. Soooooooooo unprofessional!!!!

I've been to crystal 3 times in the past. The last time was definitely my last her quality of work has gotten awful she's too lazy to braid your hair herself but she can't keep good braiders so she uses her daughter or other family members. She complained to her daughter that she was taking to long to braid my hair and her daughters response was, " you know I'm not a braider". I had questions and she couldn't take the time to answer them but she wanted to gossip about other girls in the same building as her. Take it from me save your time and money find someone else that cares and appreciates your business.

Horrible customer service. I went to CrysStyles hair boutique for the first time and will never go back or recommend anyone. For my first time I had questions about pricing and styles. She told me that she did not have time to discuss pricing. While in the salon Crystal and her assistant would talk about customers that called to inquiry about pricing and appointments. Crystal hung up on a customer because she did not feel like being bothered. She had 2 kids in the salon but told one of her clients who drove at least a hour that kids were not welcomed. Luckily the client's husband was with her and was able to take the kids out of the salon while she got her hair done. You must book appointments online, but the scheduling is confusing which prompt customers to call in for details. I was somewhat satisfied with my hair. However, the tracks did not lay smoothly in the back of my head. Def not worth 180$

I also had a simular experience. When I called the shop to schedule an appointment I could hardly hear becasuse a stylist in the background was cussing somebody out! It sounded soooo unprofessional. I made sure to tell the person on the phone not to give me that stylist..but not sure if that happened lol. I told them i currently had a weave and do they take weaves out. she said it was no problem but it would cost extra. I went in and crystal was visibly upset that I had a weave in that had to be taken down and washed. She made comments that she was rushed etc. It was very uncomfortable and I was ready to get up and leave. We did a full sew in but the tracks ended up showing in the front. I had virgin indian curly hair and she said it was harder to weave using that type of hair because the wefts were thicker or something?! I went to other salons and they all said that was bull. Anyway good luck. The weave was flat as advertised though but it was also obviously a weave. I called back about the front having tracks exposed and got the run around and eventually just went to another salon. Ive been going to unbelievable hair extensions in charlotte. Theyre pretty good and supply good hair except i would skip the closures.

Worst hair experience I have ever had. New to Charlotte and the reviews seemed good so I decided to give it a try. I went to get a sew-in with some hair left out at the top. She was suprised that I hadnt washed my hair when I arrived, and told me that I would have to pay extra for a wash...isnt that what the salon is for?!? She then rushed through sewing my tracks in because she had to be somewhere with her boyfriend or husband. My hair was done so poorly that the tracks were falling out within 3 days. For $180 I dont expect that to happen. I ended up taking the sew-in out and getting it done somewhere else 3 weeks later, because it didnt even seem worth it to go through the hassle of dealing with that shop or the poor service again. Seems like a hit or miss, just hope you dont have a miss like I did!

Im in love with Crystal Bella, She is So Sweet and genuine, Upfront and honest, I came to Crysta Bella after hearing so many Great things about her, And my hair was done So Quick, So beautiful, and when she finished she told me ( NO CHARGE ) !!!!!!!!! Yes (NO CHARGE) and then pulled $100 out of her wallet and placed it in my hands and said " Be Blessed, You just dont see Stylist doing great things like that, I really needed that money at that time....She is a true blessing !!!

Unprofessional talks about customers behind their back while the customer is in the shop. Does not take care of real hair under the weave. Will try to hustle you if new to weaves to beware. My weave job was poorly done, I had loose tracks the very next day, the weave wasn't sewn in properly it was just thrown in my head like an amature did my hair. Very disappointed! This stylist is definitely NOT the best in Charlotte. If you have money, time and real hair to waste then this is your spot.

i went to crystal and i loved her my hair looks great no humps no lumps and shes fast and doesnt break your pockets she is very classy and down to earth i FREAKING LOVE HER AND MY HAIIR

I watched some of Crystal's videos online and liked what I saw so I made an appointment. I have very thick natural hair and thought that I would be in her salon for a long time and I would be able to see humps/lumps. She was very quick and when she says no humps no lumps, she means no humps no lumps. My hair is beautiful and I am very happy I went to her.

I had been researching a lot about weave/extensions because I had been wanting to git a full sew in done for a while now. When it came to finding someone to do it, I only wanted the best & for it to look as natural as possible. I searched for hair salons in charlotte, & crysstyles was the first to pop up. After looking @ her videos of clients' hair that she had posted on youtube, I knew this was the place for me. So I soon set up an appointment for my full sew in & the results were amazing. The environment@ crysstyles for me was verry relaxing&made me feel right at home. It was my first weave ever and I was VERY satisfied w/the results! I've always wanted to have extensions again but I've had so many bad weaves, I just gave up... I would constantly look around at other women's hair trying to find a glimmer of hope out there for a fantastic weave but no such luck. They were always lumpy or unnatural looking. Last year I started transitioning and as my natural hair grew in length, I became desperate for something where I didn't have to deal with my hair every day. I kept it braided for a while and got tired of that and I didn't really know what I was going to do until I ran across Crystal's videos on YouTube. Her work looked fantastic and I was sold. After checking out her website, I scheduled an appointment and I love my hair. She was fast and the finished product is beautiful. You walk out of her salon feeling like a diva and it doesn't take long before others are dropping their jaws in awe. So if you want to turn heads and break necks, visit Crystal, she is wonderful. I live about an hour and half a way and I don't like to drive but it was well worth the journey and I will be visiting again!

First just wanna say crystal is not new to hair!! And whoever u is trynna bring her name down u must be feeling this way cuz u hating on her work!! If u new how to handle hair the way crystal do , you wouldn't be worried about the way she runs her business' get your clientele up and stop hating on our jersey girl!!!! We love u crystal and u the bomb show them Charlotte girls how u put that work in, and of course our hair miss ur hand in it!!! Crystal is the best in our town and were not ashamed to say it!!! I found CrysStyles Hair Boutique by searching online. At first I was kinda iffy about trying a new stylist for me, but the moment I walked in, I was extremely comfortable. I described the style I wanted and she knew exactly what I meant. The entire sew in process was super quick which I loved, but the results were even more amazing. When she finished and I looked in the mirror, I was so estatic and super excited!!!! I LOVE CRYSTAL for doing the BEST JOB EVER!!!!! I have told all my friends about her and will continue to spread the word. She is a hair genius and deserves the credit. I'm so in love with my hair and my boyfriend loves it even more. Thank you!!!

Talented, but not professional. I went to see Crystal and had questions about the style I wanted. She got annoyed and finished her answer saying, "I know what I'm doing." With the hair, yes. Dealing with people, no. As the customer, I have the right to ask whatever hair-related question crosses my mind, especially since I'm paying a good deal of money for it. When I made the appointment, she referred me to the website and did not ask me anything on the phone about the style I wanted; did not recommend the hair type/length, etc. Obviously I believed she knew what she was doing, or I wouldn't have entrusted my hair to her. And obviously, she has so many clients that she can be rude to them (including making faces behind their back to other people in the shop) and not worry about losing their business. She does good work, but I won't be back b/c of the attitude.

I got my hair done on saturday and I love it! She does great work! She is also really professional and personable! Her staff are really nice too! She makes sure your hair is the way you want it and asks you do you like it! Overall she just makes you feel better about yourself and your new look! I will be back several times!!!!! I love it!

I dont no how anyone could say anything bad about crystal sewin.I walked in a HOT AZZ MESS and walk out looking like a Star.LOL!! MY husband LOVE my hair so much he said my hair never looked that good, one thing for sure i'll be calling to set up another appointment .oh and not to mention how flat the sewin is, hands down she is the best !! Crystal you have a client for life
