John Providenti is absolutely the best of the best. He came out to resurrect my old unit many times (successfully) before I finally had him put a new unit in. Both his repair and installation of HVAC equipment is superb! John doesn't just throw a new part on something without first seeing if the old one can be repaired and made to work. He treats the job like he's working on his own house and I appreciate that. His troubleshooting skills are beyond compare and I was always a satisfied customer. I can highly recommend John for any HVAC needs you may have.

John is courtious, prompt, honest, and knows his business inside & out. Checked our furnace completely before pronouncing it unrepairable (it was over 40 yrs old). Installed a new furnace without a high pressure sales pitch or recommending more device than we needed. Three years later, never a problem with the unit or installation. It wasn't easy to match the old ductwork to the new furnace either, but he found a way to make it work just fine! Very reasonable rates & great service, John earned my highest recommendation.
