The staff were quick and friendly. Got a quote in less than 10 minutes and they came to get the car the next day. Best part was no towing fee. I would sell a car to them again.

Worst customer service ever. I spent an hour on the phone to get a quote. Once we agreed on a price no one called me to pick up the car. I called back 2 days later to see why no one called to pick up my car and was sent to a recording. I donated my car to charity. Rusty's customer service SUCKS.

9-1-15 I just got off the phone with them and they offered me $80.00 for my 93 Honda Accord. How is this company still in business. A cat converter alone is worth $100 and the scrap yard!!!!

They were very professional, prompt and extreemly organized. i spoke with Vanneza who was very nice and answered all my questions and e-mailed me the info I needed for the pick up of my car. Honestly one of the easiest things I've done in a while. I was amazed at how quick and professional everything went. Have then a call, scheduled a pick up and before I knew it they picked up, towed it and left me with a check and no worries. Would sincerely recommended to my friends our anyone who needs to get rid of their vehicle

Had a car that was no longer running. Called them and in about 5 days they were taking it from the driveway. They were fast, very easy to work with and did exactly what they said they were going to do. I would definitely work with them again, should the need arise.

I have NEVER written a review before, but after what just happened I definitely am.. I was on hold for about 10 minutes, which is fine, but when this man answered, he was rude, short, and only offered $100. Before I could even say, No Thank You - I'll look somewhere else, he already hung up. Terrible.

Recently salvaged my vehicle. The representative answered all of my questions and was very clear with instructors. The driver even worked with me on a time to meet for pick up. Would do business with again.

I recently salvaged a car with Rusty's Auto Salvage and found them professional, courteous, and quick. The driver was on time and friendly. He paid me in cash at the time of the pick up. This was much easier than I expected. I highly recommend Rusty's Auto Salvage.
