Your Good Neighbor LLC

I'm so happy to have found Your Good Neighbor to take care of my two sweet labs, who can be a bit of a handful at times. Suzie takes tremendous care of my guys and makes sure that they're well tended to while I'm away. My husband and I are often away on business, sometimes unexpectedly, so it's nice to know that someone's there to care for them the way we would (or even better!). Whenever Suzie isn't available, she'll often have a helper that's just as caring and thoughtful as she is. I really don't know what we would do if we hadn't found her! Thank you, Suzie!!

I've used this service many times over the past 4 years for 2 very valuable and needy Cavalier King Charles spaniels. They have been very honest and loving caretakers while we have been away.

I have never had any concerns about the care that they receive and trust them in my house and with our babies.

If you travel abroad for weeks at a time and need your pets, plants and home taken care of - Your Good Neighbor can be trusted to take care of all three. Our aging, spoiled pups require shots, medications throughout the day, snacks, walks, playtime and strict adherence to special diets. Suzie, the owner of Your Good Neighbor and a former nurse, genuinely loves our pups and truly pays attention to their needs. You can trust her judgment - she will put your pets ahead of her own needs. She has spent the night consoling our distraught dogs during a storm and on other occasions she has brought them to her home so that they could have more playtime. We really appreciate her and our dogs love her.

I have a cat that has a kidney desease and requires fluids to be injected by an IV. Your Good Neighbor injected my cat daily and took loving care of her. We are so happy that we found them. It allows us to leave town knowing everything is taken care of and is in safe hands. We would recommend them highly.

I have used other pet sitters in the past, and by far, Your Good Neighbor is the best. It's amazing how much they care about my little puppy. As if he was their own. Extremely competive price-wise. I feel that I get great value out of the service along with sincere love for my pup. I would highly recommend them!!!!

Do not use this service! In the past year, I have used this service several times a month, including during several vacations with visits 4 times a day. After a few months I suspected the visits were not 30 minutes (dogs were rowdy and needy when I got home) as agreed upon so I scheduled a visit while I was home one day. They walked my two dogs to the neighbors yard, the dogs "did their business" and were put back in their kennels -the visit was maybe 7-8 minutes. After that I installed a camera in the kennel. I witnessed 2 visits that were 8 and 10 minutes each. They did not speak to or pet the dogs on either visit....dogs were put on leashes, taken out briefly, and returned. By this point they had increased their fee saying it was taking additional manpower/time to care for my dogs. When confronted about the visits, they said they had too many visits that day and would adjust their fee. After I adjusted the feel by 1/2 for that day, I received a nasty email about the dogs jumping on them and "getting urine and feces on their clothes". I hate to think how my dogs were treated when I couldn't monitor the visits. Do not trust these "good neighbors".
