Midlands Real Estate

When we moved to Bellevue the folks at Midlands Real Estate treated us like buyers. We found a home we were interested in and they helped us find a babysitter, a tailor and a hair dresser. We even called them when we needed a pet sitter.They handled, even a major repair on the home as quickly as they could and kept us in loop of everything that was going on. When we recently moved from the area they gave us plenty of warning before the house was shown to new renters, and worked around our schedules. I don't know what kind of experience the negative reviewers had, but I cannot even imagine anyone in that office not being helpful and kind. The other review sounded pretty bitter, when I saw those reviews I called my friends who still rent from them and they said nothing has changed, Midlands still has the most helpful staff!

I hold leadership capacity in the customer service field for a major company in Omaha, NE and rented a townhome unit @ their "Sunset" location from Midlands Real Estate for over 2 years. If the company I work for treated customers the way Midlands Real Estate does we would be F**KING BANKRUPT! Any positive reviews regarding this company MUST be fake. In my time there NO ONE stayed longer than a year or so. People were moving in and out around us CONSTANTLY and always stating that the poor-state their townhome were in was unacceptable..... every time someone moved out!!! Stairs collapsing, snakes/bats and other pests infesting basements, failing heating/AC in nearly every unit, constant hot water SHARING issues. Yes, that's right, unbeknownst to us, our gas bills were so high because the hot water from our heater was being SHARED.... PIPED over to other townhome units and WE were paying the utility bill for it! All the while never having enough hot water to even give my CHILDREN
