I had a microdermabrasion done at Perfect Body Laser and Aesthetics. After reading so many great reviews I expected to have a life-changing experience but It was just okay; no complaints but nothing to rave about in my opinion. The aesthetician was very nice though.

I used to be obsessed with waxing, but now I've moved on to bigger and better methods of hair removal....LASER TREATMENTS!!!! I had one of those cut outs from the Pennysaver with a really good promotion for laser hair removal, so I decided to treat my underarms. I got a package with a pretty good price in my opinion (compared to quotes I've gotten from other places). I always was able to make an appointment with ease and they always called me a day prior to remind me. They were very helpful if I needed directions, had any questions and in letting my know exactly what to expect. My aestechian was AWESOME. She was so nice and was very respectful. The actual laser process went as follows… She gave me protective goggles to wear, sanitized my underarms with wipes…applied gel…started the laser machine and went at it! Both arms took a total of about 10 minutes average. When I say they use a virtually painless laser machine here, THEY USE A VIRTUALLY PAINLESS MACHINE HERE! It was actually more soothing than painful. They have something called a Chiller that puffs cool air on the area that really relieves everything. WIthout it, you might feel a warm sensation pinching your armpit…kind of similar to stretching a rubber band across your skin? I recommend using the chiller though. After the treatment was done she put a soothing lotion over the area. SUCH a nice person, very down to Earth and sweet. I also really liked the cleanliness atmosphere of the place and the nice service. Overall excellent experience and will recommend.

This place is amazing. I come here for ALL of my beauty needs. The very first treatment I had there was laser hair removal. Not having to shave anymore is wonderful. I then decided to have some body contouring done :). I LOVE the results. The staff at Perfect Body Laser made me feel so comfortable and I am extremely happy with my natural looking results. Since then I have gotten skin tightening treatments around my jawline. The aesthetician I saw has such a gentle touch that I barely felt anything. She really took the time to explain everything to me. I am now getting laser facial treatments and chemical peels from Alexa to get rid of my melasma/dark spots, even out my skin tone and reduce my poor size. I highly recommend Perfect Body Laser and Aesthetics for ALL of YOUR beauty needs too!

For several years I have wanted to have something done with my neck and facial wrinkles and after just one month after my treatment at Perfect Body Laser I cannot believe the change in my appearance, already I look and feel years younger. I love, love, love Perfect Body Laser! They are the sweetest, most professional, caring, sensitive people I have ever met in my life. I've been coming here for about 2 years or so. Now, I'm going for the tattoo removal. Rebecca is the aesthetician who does my removal treatments, and she's super fast at it! It's a little painful, but I would ONLY go to Perfect Body Laser, no one else. I feel so comfortable every time I come in. I think they're reasonable compared to other places on Long Island. They're a little busy but it's because they are so popular and I like that because that would make me skeptical of the business if it wasn't busy. Came here recently on a recommendation from a friend. I was completely foreign to the concept of laser hair removal but curiosity got the better of me. I should mention that the staff was super-nice and provided a very comfortable, and dare I say it, pampering environment. I sat in the pretty waiting room of this ultra-modern, lofty space sipping a coffee with their logo on it, and then I met with the manager on site that day Jemima. Jemima walked me through the entire process, explaining the way it works and how they determine whether you're a good candidate for it. (Apparently, people with darker hair are more likely to have results, as lasers don't always pick up fairer pigmentation.) She was also clear regarding the time commitment. I have been overjoyed with my results so far and glad my friend recommended me to Perfect Body- now I will be the one to recommend them!

I am a New York woman in my forties who depends on cosmetic treatments to look and feel her best. I do not want to look like I am twenty, nor does the Hollywood look appeal to me. I am a business woman and a mother, not a red carpet fixture. I do not want to look Photoshop when I look in the mirror but refreshed and relaxed. Few of the doctor's I have visited in the past left me looking frozen or if I have received the results I wanted, I was charged an arm and a leg for it. A natural looking result for a fair price is all I was asking for, is that so much to ask? I came to Perfect Body Laser and Aesthetics after seeing their ad in the Pennysaver. The great deal they were offering seduced me, while a friend's recommendation convinced me to give them a try. Alexa is the Aesthetician in this facility that did my treatments and she is lovely. Her easy-breezy attitude and young appearance at first got me worried. But once she began her consultation and made her suggestions, she made me feel immediately at ease. Her technique was almost painless and she was very comforting. The results of my treatment were exactly what I wanted. I looked less tired and less angry, (something my family can confirm,) but was still able to make natural expressions, just less dramatic. My business associates and friends could not figure out what I did but all complemented how great I looked. It has been five months since my first visit, and I have received at least 5 different email promotions for variety of treatments from Perfect Body, making me consider treating other skin concerns I have. The receptionist called me politely three months after my initial procedure to follow up and find out if I was ready to come back for my second treatment. She made sure that I was scheduled on a day that would give me the best savings possible. The beautiful office, the amazingly natural results, the attentive aesthetician and friendly staff make this place the best deal in town and keep me coming back for more. They give me all that I ask for and more, I strongly recommend them!

I went to Perfect Body Laser and Aesthetics for laser hair removal and I would sincerely recommend it to anyone thinking of getting it done. After 4 sessions, I can last about 1 month without shaving the underarm. When 6 sessions were complete, I stopped using the razor all together. With that said, I know the effectiveness of LHR varies from person to person. I am Asian with fair skin, and dark hair. I also do not have a lot of hair to begin with so that may be another factor. I love the results and will start working on other areas of the body. I will be doing that at Perfect Body because I love the staff and the results have been proven to me. Thanks Perfect Body.

I feel compelled to write a positive review of this place. I have been coming here for a year now, first to get my acne under control (yay!) and, just recently, to resurface my face after the destruction said acne has wrought. I was VERY nervous to get the laser treatment, but I found the staff at Perfect Body Laser and Aesthetics to be super helpful. I could call them any time before my treatment with ANY questions I had, and I would hear back from someone that same day. My treatment went well and was much more smooth and painless than I could have imagined. Obviously, everyone who works there has amazing skin, and it is not fun to have your face closely examined by pore-free women when you are feeling hugely self-conscious about it. BUT - I felt not an ounce of anxiety around these ladies. Everyone was warm, supportive, and judgement-free. I am ecstatic about the results I have seen. I was a little disappointed with the lack of photos and personal testimonials on their website about the particular treatment I received, but when I asked about it I was told that most patients don't want their photos/stories on the Internet. You know, I get it. I think it's hard to get honest feedback from people who are having work done on things like scarring and wrinkles - who wants to admit they needed help to look "normal" or "pretty"? But if you DO need support in this arena, I would absolutely trust these gals. The Aestheticians are very experienced and will put you totally at ease.

I have a heavy science background and was a bit skeptical, but the science behind the lasers and the program made sense! Not only does the treatment work, the whole Perfect Body team was very friendly and extremely supportive the entire time. The aesthetician was very thorough and compassionate. Perfect Body Laser and Aesthetics is amazing, this is truly a place of top quality equipment. I really appreciate the staff being so friendly and just awesome! Within the past 3 years I lost myself somewhere & had a hard time finding myself again. My sister told me about non-surgical liposuction alternatives and how I should look into it. I decided to research & read more about it, I watched some videos and it looked like something I was interested in so I made a consultation at Perfect Body because it was a well recommended place that offered this treatment. They explained to me everything I had to do in order to achieve great results... Well it's been almost a month & I've already dropped 12 pounds and a few inches! I have 10 more sessions to go and I'm eager to see even more results.... I'm truly a happy camper and I know I made the best decision ever. After my first laser treatment on my underarms at Perfect Body Laser & Aesthetics, I must say - I'm hooked! Having received laser treatments elsewhere, I can confidently say the experience here was excellent. Besides the fact that the machine itself is of the highest caliber (love the cooling tip!), the staff and technician put my mind at ease and were extremely accommodating and answered all my nitty gritty questions. I have nothing bad to say about this place , I loved it , they treat me like family from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out , I went for laser hair removal , she explained everything to me & gave me an amazing groupon , I loved how they did a courtesy call to remind me of my appointment , they where so professional & the place it's self is peaceful & calming. Coming to Perfect Body Laser Center turns out to be one of the best choices I have made this year. The service is great and the results are even better (this varies from person to person). I purchased a deal package for six laser treatments, for the underarms. If you are like me: light skin and dark hair, you know shaving will only give you those dark shadows that looks so alluring and sexy that I prefer not to raise my arms up high to grab the subway overhead bars whenever I wear a sleeveless top. I use an epilator on my legs but I can't do it in the underarms because it hurts like a [insert your favorite curse here]. Yes, I want Photoshopped armpits that defies nature but look pretty. My technician is Carla, she is great. Carla is fast and comes across as caring, friendly and efficient. She makes sure everything is fine before we started, tells me every steps that she is doing and we wrap up by reminding me what not to do to aggravate the treatment area. The receptionist at the front of Perfect Body is equally nice, I like how she calls to remind me of my appointment the day before. So far I have been very fortunate with the results of the laser hair removal treatment with minimal side effects. I started to see the difference after my first session. With the second one done, I have come to slowly enjoy the luxury of not worrying much about those unwanted hair. The success could be my composition or the center not any cutting corners, I don't know. One thing I'm sure is that if I decide to do my legs, I will get it done here.
