Perfect Body Laser & Aesthetics

Everyone at Perfect Body Laser is very friendly and professional and the facility is fancy and clean.  Price-wise, it is about average, not insanely cheap but also not expensive. But the difference is in the care and results. As for the laser hair removal treatment itself, on the underarm it's relatively painless; there were times when it felt uncomfortable (as someone else described it, it feels like a rubber band being stretched on your skin), but definitely tolerable.  For the upper lip, it was a little more sensitive/painful in that area.  Overall, I could still take it, but I did mention to the esthetician that it was feeling painful, and she turned up the cool air blower, which helped a lot. Results-wise, it's too soon for me to tell with my upper lip, but here's my results for my underarm: After each treatment, I felt my hair grew back thinner and slower. I used to have to shave every day. After the sixth treatment, I actually didn't have to shave for ONE MONTH.  That was pretty amazing. I was told by the estheticians that it's typical for hair to still grow back, but that every time you treat the area with the laser that it grows back slower and thinner, which is true.  I was also told that it's recommended to get a touch up once a year to help further kill the hair. So overall, I'd give laser hair therapy 4/5 since it's not a miracle worker (but then, what is), but Perfect Body Laser itself I give a 5/5 as their service is quality!

I started going to Perfect Body Laser about 9 months ago.  They were having a special (which they often do, for various treatments) on laser hair removal and I decided to jump in.  (Although this is a review for SKN, it's also a plug for laser hair removal--ladies, it will revolutionize your life, especially your morning routine!)  Their facilities are exactly what you'd hope a medical spa would be like--clean and professional, yet hip and calming.  I've never had anything but pleasant interactions with the staff.  They make reservations/appointments a breeze and always give you a reminder call (be aware of their cancellation policy--I've never had a problem b/c they always make the reminder calls within enough time for you to cancel/reschedule without a charge).  They always offer you something to drink and have personal client testimonials available to watch, but I've never really had to wait that long. There are aestheticians who perform the laser hair removal treatments.  The aesthetician who did my treatments was such a sweetie and very efficient--which is important cause, dang this stuff hurts.  If you are fair and have light hair, make sure you get the numbing cream!  My aesthetician tried her best to keep you distracted by talking to you throughout and moving quickly.  It is worth it though! They are really open and professional, so no conversation is uncomfortable. Recently, I've contemplated moving onto some of their skin care treatments, microdermabrasion specifically, so I scheduled a skin consultation (always free, so why not, right?).  I first met with the consultant and then she and I consulted with the aesthetician later one to make sure everything was kosher.  Both of them were very pleasant and professional and not trying to ram treatments or products down my throat--they were honest with what they thought would be right for my skin right now, which turned out to be nothing!  Who knew they'd talk you out of buying stuff? The staff's honesty and professionalism is enough for me to continue going there and to make recommendations to my girlfriends as well.  So, the convenience, wide range of treatments and products available and ambiance are just added perks!

This place rocks!!!  Adrienne, one of the office managers, is super friendly and helpful.  Alexa gives an AMAZING facial. I've had laser treatments done by both Karen and Rebecca and they were both amazingly talented. The owner, is the most friendly, approachable, competent business owner I've ever had the pleasure to work with.  You're in good hands at Perfect Body Laser.  I know I'm gushing but these people are great. Not to mention of course, my results are fantastic!!! It's rare to find so many good people under one roof and I'm really glad I have found them!

My whole adult life I never wore shorts.  I had some spider veins that I was really self-conscious about so I went my whole 20's without showing them off.  I finally decided to bite the bullet, take the initiative, spend the money and get them taken care of.  I ended up at Perfect Body Laser through recommendation from a friend who was getting tattoo removal done there and said this place was amazing. She was so right. I immediately felt at ease and that my problem WAS going to be taken care of. I was surprised at how painless and easy the treatments were and how pleasant the staff was. It was worth every penny! My legs look phenomenal. I never have to hide my legs anymore which is such an indescribable feeling. I recommend this treatment as well as Perfect Body Laser to everyone I know!

Perfect Body Laser and Aesthetics is fabulous. The entire staff is extremely professional and a pleasure to be around. One thing I love is that they take before pictures and saves your information which I found very helpful when returning for additional treatments. Then, months later you have an evaluation where they will compare your before and after photos making sure you are completely satisfied with your results! I was getting heaps of compliments and was very happy with my results before I went for the after photos. But once I saw them.. WOW, I was blown away. Very reasonable prices, especially considering the service and results you get. Nice, comfortable setting but with elegance. Give Perfect Body Laser a go, you’ll love it.

I could not be more pleased with every aspect of this Med Spa. Upon entering, the place was inviting, sleek and smelled absolutely wonderful. I was promptly greeted and given the paperwork to get started. Within minutes of completing the paperwork, I was met by the consultant and brought back. The consultant was incredibly well informed, and knew her stuff. She's honest, and very personable. Easy to feel relaxed, immediately. During the treatments, I felt just as at ease as I did the very first day. Now, I am almost done with my treatments and I can honestly say that the technology and results match the impressive reputation Perfect Body Laser has been given. Especially today, people are quick to say anything negative, so to have so many people talking about how great Perfect Body Laser is is quite amazing. It’s a no-brainer, I recommend Perfect Body to everyone!

Going to Perfect Body Laser and Aesthetics is like going to an actual spa. Even the bathroom is absolutely incredible! They treat me like a queen and I've recommended NUMEROUS people to get their tattoos removed here. Their removal process has worked wonders and has improved my career on-camera by so much. They are so kind, gentle, and they legitimately care about their clients. Whatever procedure I have done, I will ALWAYS come here. Love you guys!

I am in love with this place! I had on and off skin issues since I was a teenager, resulting in some acne scarring and pigmentation issues. I became accustomed to just covering up my flaws with make-up, but every time I'd see myself without any, it would make me cringe. I was becoming more self-conscious, and decided to finally address my issue instead of attempting to hide it. I had never been anywhere for my skin concerns before, so I was apprehensive and didn't know where to look. I live in Deer Park and would hear ads for Perfect Body Laser all the time so I decided to give it a try. The front staff is absolutely wonderful - very nice and attentive and make you feel at ease. I met with Adrienne first (sidenote: they do complimentary consults before doing anything, and don't pressure you into anything either!). We discussed my concerns, and then she examined my skin. She tactfully told me that my skin needed help and I got the impression that she was confident in providing the help it needed. My impression couldn't have been more correct! After 3 microdermabrasions and a couple of peels within a 3 month time frame, my skin is looking better than it has in years, and I feel so much better about my appearance! I won't lie - this entire process cost me more money than I had expected, but IT'S WORTH IT! If you have problem skin, it will take time to get the results that you want - some stuff you find on the internet will tell you that a single microderm is going to work miracles and make you look 100% better instantly. You have to be willing to commit and be patient. I also highly recommend getting the skin care products that are personally recommended to you. The Aesthetician sent me home with an array of lotions, cleansers, and masques. I was skeptical at first, but I am seeing great results, and that's all that matters to me. I absolutely trust Perfect Body Laser with my skin and take any and all of their recommendations. They know what they’re doing!! After such great success in that department, and being impressed at each visit every step of the way, I also decided to address my other main physical concern - my spider veins. I'm only 28, but likely due to my genetics, I'm doomed to get these pesky things. I had 2 main areas on either thigh that were my main concerns, because they were easily noticeable. I also had tiny ones emerging in various areas on my thighs. I met with Jemima this time, and she was just as wonderful as Adrienne. Incredibly knowledgeable, and took time to explain EVERYTHING (again, during the *complimentary* consult). I went for my second treatment today, and couldn't be happier with the results. The 2 main areas are practically gone, and I'm hoping to be almost invisible within a few weeks. And all of the tiny ones are either gone or hardly noticeable now. I will definitely be back for more here. Can't say enough great things about this place - give them a try!

I've been to Perfect Body Laser several times and I absolutely love it.  The staff is friendly and professional, and incredibly knowledgeable.  The treatments are definitely worth the price unlike some of the other so called "med" spas.  I always feel like I'm getting a value here as they have great specials each month. I've bought a lot of online deals for various spas and without a doubt find this to be the best place of any I’ve tried.  I've only tried one or two treatments here but it's the kind of place where you can one stop shop, so I will be adding some of their other offerings to my list! I can’t wait!

I definitely did not want surgery for my tummy, so I’m very happy I got results without it. A little heat and at the end, I get a sexier body… can’t go wrong! The staff is AWESOME!!

I had Thermage done at Perfect Body Laser. Well, I must say I had two great young ladies who answered any and every question I asked. They were both so sweet and caring. They talked me through the whole thing to help the time pass. They really deserve a lot of recognition. Thanks to them and to Perfect Body Laser!

The entire process was excellent. The aesthetician was very polite and patient and the whole staff really knows how to speak to people. I have had a few treatments done and as of now, Perfect Body Laser deserves 5/5 stars in my book. I will update after my treatments but for now, I am very appreciative. Thanks Perfect Body Laser!!

It is with great pleasure that I write this letter on behalf of Adrienne at PERFECT BODY in Bayshore, New York. I am a mom- the greatest job in the world, right? However, with motherhood came stretch marks, loose skin and changes to my body that really caused my self-esteem to plummet. Not wanting to have to go "under" for surgery, I began searching for other options.
About two years ago, after spotting an ad in the newspaper, I set up a consultation appointment with Adrienne at Perfect Body. As a mother herself, Adrienne could not have been more compassionate, understanding and empathetic toward me. Her professionalism and knowledge shone through from the start. She assured me that we would work together to discuss treatment options, a schedule of treatments that would meet the needs of my busy "mom" schedule as well as which payment options would work best.
After taking photos and spending a good deal of time talking to me, Adrienne and I decided what treatment I would begin with, as well as a start date. From then on, I had a variety of treatments from stretch mark removal to skin tightening and more. Each and every time I came in for a treatment, the staff members welcomed me in a friendly manner and treated me with utmost courtesy. The facility itself is one of warmth; clean, beautiful and welcoming. A staff member would always call with a  reminder of my appointments, and be more than flexible when/if I had to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 
After each series of a specific treatment, I would come in for photos and another consult. Once again, Adrienne (as well as Jemima), would assist me in assessing my "progress" and deciding on my next 'path' to take- always with the greatest amount of tact, professionalism and responsiveness. I cannot compliment Adrienne and Jemima enough for their patience and expertise.
As of today, I am still visiting Perfect Body Laser for treatments and cannot stress enough that the facility along with the staff is phenomenal. When I speak to Adrienne, even today, she is so accommodating and understanding. She takes the time to really listen to my concerns and together, we work accordingly to assess and revise the upcoming sessions. I would highly recommend the facility, especially after working with Adrienne, to anyone looking for treatments to better their appearance, and in turn, their self-esteem.
Adrienne, the staff and establishment of Perfect Body gets a five-star rating in my book. I would highly recommend the treatments, along with the staff, of this establishment.

I had the Thermage treatment done. My experience from the pre-consultation process to the last treatment has been absolutely excellent. I was very excited going into it all and they managed to maintain my excitement and confidence throughout. Now, I am finished and very pleased with my results and would definitely recommend Perfect Body Laser to anyone!
