Varn Villa Apartments

Spoke to Keenan, the manager to check references on a potential renter for my apartment. He was polite, courteous and helpful. Ausey21 might be glad to know that there is a new responsive manager in place.

I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NEVER LIVE HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE I KNOW. I would NOT even recommend this place to a total stranger. Sure, the rent is cheap and it is close to school, but I promise you it is not worth it. I have had to deal with HELL since day 1 of this place. They do not care about you as a tenant. They do not give you the proper information/paperwork to fill out when you move out. I would recommend just forking up the extra money to live somewhere else and the staff/management takes care of you at least. I PROMISE THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT! If you do however decide to live here, do not set up automatic payments for rent!!!!! You pay for what you get.....Cheap rent, Cheap staff, management, & housing equipment!
