Establishment Apartments

This place has been horrible ever since White properties took it over. the managers are rude and unhelpful of course its two people managing several large complex so they are probably overworked to . the pool is constantly locked and never open. the grounds are dirty, the apartments are outdated and they continue to up the rent a large amount every year. the neighborhood is slowly becoming the ghetto. we have problems with people constantly breaking into vehicles and i have lost count of how many of my neighbors have been burglarized. we have lived here for several years and hopefully this will be our last. I have noticed that since White took over management hardly anyone stays longer than a year. the maintenance men take forever to fill a work order and you usually have to call the office several times over a course of several weeks before anything is done.

This place is a crap hole. It has horrible insulation, and there are spiders EVERYWHERE. I've lost count of how many I've found in my bed. It is also incredibly unsafe. I have gotten my bike stolen, my neighbor's car was broken into, my car was broken into, and my neighbor's apartment was broken into and she was attacked by a guy with a gun. There are a lot of drunk drivers on the road, too, one of which ran his truck into an apartment building one night and went through the wall. You can't walk around this area safely, and it is not well-lit. The appliances and AC are really old and constantly break, and they refuse to update them. The new management is awful and turns the water off randomly (with no notice) for hours, so if you want to take a shower before school or work or flush the toilet or brush your teeth, too bad. I feel like I'm living in a hovel in a third world country. Do not live here!
