We had family over for the weekend, and the shower drain was clogged. Well, the toilets stopped working and then we had sewage coming up our tub and shower drains!! We made several calls, nobody answered and one guy said he 'didn't feel like coming out'. If anyone has ever had this issue, they know it can't wait until Monday! We called Duncan, and wish we had called them first!! Danny came out in about half hour, and he quickly located our cleanout, and he unclogged it and pumped our tank which was completely full. The rates were very reasonable, and no extra charge for it being a Sunday, and we live in Springfield too! Danny is super friendly, and its a family business that cares for their customers, not about money. They just don't make businesses like that anymore, or so we thought! Don't call anyone else, call Duncan first. We know we will from now on!

Totally Honest Company!! Called Mr Duncan and explained bathroom all stopped up, and the fact we just had a baby and money really tight. He took the time to tell me how to locate my tank and opening, then explained 2 or 3 things to try myself if I didnt mind a little work. told me to call him back if I ran into any problems, and I did 2 more times and I fixed the problem for now. A remarkable person! nobody does this anymore, It's all about $$$ Told him as soon as I could (afford it) I would have him come out and pump my tank. Please call this man you won't be disapointed. My fiance and I have been in our new home for about 3 months. On a Sunday night at 8:30 our septic tank backed up. We needed help quick. We called Danny Duncan and he came to our house in about 30 minutes. He did an amazing job and was done in about 45 mintues! Very nice man and very thankful for his hard work on a Sunday night!
