Duncan Septic Service

Just had this company , Duncan septic service, clean-out my tank. Done a great job and was extremely,fast took less then an hour. Would definitely recommend if you need your septic tank cleaned to give him a call. Also, did not try to rob you for the price, was very, fair charge. Woke up this morning to find a puddle around our septic tank. Being a "City Boy", form Alaska, didn't know the first thing about septic tanks and systems. Duncan & Daughter came highly recommended by a local contractor so I gave them a call. They fit me into there full schedule and pumped out our septic tank. Much more than that though they both spent time educating us about our system and how it works. Their equipment looked brand new and they take pride in it. Danny and Taylor were both informative and friendly. We're happy our paths crossed today. We highly recommend Duncan & Daughter.

AMAZING SERVICE!!!! I was having clog problem, trying to do it myself (not having much luck) when I saw Duncan septic truck pulling down a neighbors driveway. I jumped on my 4 wheeler and literally ran him down chasing him. He saw me and stopped, after filling him in, he graciously drove down to help. (And keep in mind, this was ON HIS WAY HOME FROM ANOTHER JOB!!!). Needles to say he hopped right out and helped me along with his daughter. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great service! Referral from sister-in-law. Tank was full and causing overflow problem. Even though during evening hours, Duncan was there within 40 minutes. Fast, efficient, reasonable, polite...what more could you ask? Duncan even solved my neighbor's problem (see below) after fixing mine. WOW!

Duncan has been to my house two times now. The first time was a last minute request and he was quick to respond. The second time was regular maintenance. He was able to answer all of my questions and educate us on future maintenance. He is a trustworthy guy with a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him without any hesitation.

Came home from work to find my septic was full and lines backed up. Called Duncan after 6pm on a Friday night. They came right over cleaned my septic and snaked the line. Great job! Will definitely use again.

This guy does excellent work and is extremly honest. He could have charged me more but was honest and told me it did not need to be done. I like people and businesses who are honest and who will do only the work that needs to be done saving time and money for the consumer. This guy is great!!!

Danny dunkin did a great job. He got here when he said he would and was very professional. He did a great job of explaining what he was doing. Very informative. He will definitely be the person I call next time.
