I had one of the most pleasant experiences at Henna. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, professional - and most importantly, genuine - not something you see every day at a car dealership. I was able to leave with a brand new pickup truck with no qualms or issues whatsoever. I highly recommend my friends to visit Henna.

What I enjoyed most about my sales experience was the lack of high pressure tactics I've experienced elsewhere. My salesperson was content to let me drive the process and answer all my questions over multiple days. I felt like I was talking to a friend that was knowledgeable about the vehicle while I was making a decision; rather than a salesperson that needed to make a sale on the first day I went in trying to force a decision.

Craig is a great salesman, he did all that he could to get me into my new car fast & within budget. Mitchell in finance is just as awesome. I spoke briefly with Craig who was also very welcoming & professional. My experience with the Henna sales team was far better than any other dealership. I've already recommended Henna to friends & coworkers.

I bought my chevy truck from henna chevrolet back in 1999 and i have been bringing it to the express service center for the 3000 mile/3 month routine maintenance as well as all the other suggested maintenance intervals ever since. Alvin is always there to greet me and after minimal wait, i'm back on the road. even though i live closer to another chevrolet dealership, i always drive the extra miles to henna because the service center there is very well organized and efficient. william johnson

Purchased a used 2010 Ford pickup. Carter Hendricks was the sales person and very helpful and knowledgeable. Jeff in finance was very efficient and knowledgeable also. The whole experience was congenial and relatively painless. I hate sitting around waiting on people to do their jobs. Wasn't the case this time. thanks to your team.

I had a great experience with Kevin Cummins at Henna. The team there did a great job finding me a new Chevy Volt, equipped to my preferences, and getting me into the car quickly. I really appreciate the relaxed no pressure atmosphere at the dealership. Buying the car was a very pleasurable experience.

Henna was very nice on the phone when i called to inquire about my truck making a noise when i excelerated. they took my truck in the same day and they were very polite and respectful. I appreciate being treated like my vehicle matters to them.

Alan, I really appreciate what you have done. We have had bad experiences in the past buying a car from a different dealership and I have to say you have earned our trust and loyalty. I have done business with Henna for over 20 years and have never had a problem. From the sales reps down to the service guys they have always been great. Today however was a different story. I was trying to book an appointment for to have one of my fleet vehicles repaired and the gentleman on the phone could not have been ruder. I recommend that if you are having a bad day, then stay of the phone and let another service rep take the calls. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from the Service department!

The worst experience I have ever had buying a car. The dealer was extremly pushy and hateful. I got an extened warranty that they will not honor. one of the tire gauge readers went out, then the power streeing hose started leaking. They did not fix either one and wanted to charge me outrageous amounts to do so. As part of the deal when I purchased the car they were to order a back hatch cover... one year and a half later... I have yet to recieve that. Upon purchasing the car, they told me they would give me 2000 dollars off.... then would not give it to me when I asked for the internet price. I will not be shopping there or making any referrals. Very disappointing!!!
