About as unprofessional as one can be in a business. Mrs. Caradine runs this business partly at her home...which you can find after looking through the feet high weeds and dead plants in her yard...in the apparently deed restriction-free neighborhood she calls home. The first session with my son was ok. Thought I was made to feel pretty uncomfortable by her apparent dislike for late appointments (her assistant made the appointment time...I didn't). You're led to this maybe 50 square foot box of a room, next to her teenage son's room who is talking on the phone and playing music. I paid for a 90 minute session and got less than 60. The 45 minute followup was worse. The appointment was made for 6:30. We arrived early and basically got reprimanded for this. She had charged me for a 2nd recorded process and then refused to do it. This was after repeatedly being told that HER time was valuable. Last I checked, I was the customer. Also during this 2nd session, she spend 10 minutes yelling at her son to be quiet...right in front of my son and I. She spent the better part of the 30 minutes there berating me for not doing things that I had explained to her we were doing over and over and over with no success. If you're interested in hypnosis, go somewhere else. This lady apparently doesn't enjoy her own career and it comes through in the way she treats her clients.
