        NonSmoker with Hypnosis

        I was smoking a pack a day, and tried everything, chantex, patch, nicotine gum. I gave hypnosis a try. It was really relaxing, and helped me keep my stress and anxiety under control. Becky is very calming and gave me tips for getting ready to quit which were very helpful.



        I am proud now to be a nonsmoker. If you are thinking about quitting cigarettes, you can do it!
