RV Connection

My husband and I had been searching for an RV for many months. We came across RV Connection on the internet and went to there website. What we did notice is all the RVs on their site appeared to be so nice and priced very well compared to what we had been seeing. There was a motorhome that we had intrest in so we contacted the owner Mr. Williams. We actually delt with him and his son of the same name. We have never had a more pleasant experience in dealing with any purchace as we have had with them. We lived nearyl 600 miles away and was a little reluctent to make such a drive sight unseen. It was a trip well made and the RV was exactly as it appeared on their website. We like the fact that they had a "no haggle" price that was fair and good value to start with. None of thir back and forth thing that takes away from the pleasure of buying. They spent over 3 hours giving us a complete walk thru for it was our 1st RV. We have had our RV for over 2 months now without any problems. Would buy from them again and we tell everyone we can to check them out first. You must check out their website. Very pleasant people to deal with. Nice to know there our still businesses out there have such good service.

First of let start by saying we live nearly 900 miles from their dealership. My wife and I found a motorhome on RV Connections website that looked like what we had in mind. The problem was the distance and not being able to view it ahead of time. After speaking to both of the father and son owners we felt very comfortable. He told us before we made the trip that he would have me on the phone and walk me through the coach and tell us every possible fault he could find. He did so though there wasn't much. We set up a delivery date and he picked us up at Sacramento airport. When we got to the dealership we were suprised of the size. Smaller than we were thinking to be this professional. The lot was spotless from the RV's to the office. We were very impressed! Now for our pick. The motorhome was much nicer than the photos. My wife is a very picky one and she loved it. Nice,clean and showed pride of ownership. Now let me say that through all this we have not given RV Connection a penny. We had a complete 3 hour walk-thru before we paid. We could not have been more pleased with the entire purchase. We would buy again from them and recommend them highly to everyone we know. We also liked the fact that is a true family owned and operated dealership,father,son,daughter,grandnson and they all work together. Hats off to these guys striving in a tough economy.

We had been looking for about 9 months and we came across RV Connection on craigslist several weeks ago. We decided to take a drive up to check out their RV's.

They didn't have alot of inventory but what they did have was spotless and priced so much better that we had been looking at. We decided we would like to purchase from them but they didn't have the motorhome in stock that we were looking for. They took our name and phone number and to our surprise called us a couple weeks later and we went and looked at one that was real close to what we had in mind. To make a long story short we struck up a deal and now own a very nice Winnebago. They were very fair on our trade and we would to recommend the Father and Son owners to anyone. We paid nothing untill after the walk-thru and we were 100% satisfied. Its so nice in todays market to really feel good about a purchase. 5 Stars to these Guys.

My experience with the owner Glen Williams only lasted a minute because he was very rude to me. I offered $8,000.00 less then the asking price as a starter point for one of his RV's, and he asked me if I was on drugs. He was completely disrespectful, and I would not recommend anyone subjecting themselves to his nasty behavior. It wouldn't let me have zero stars!

I don't write reviews often, usually when I've had a really great or a strongly negative experience. Fortunately, this was the first.



This business is family owned and operated, with low, no-haggle prices. They only accept cash - no financing, which makes the buying experience extremely easy. After much deliberation about a particular RV that we were interested in, we decided to buy. They held the RV for a week without a deposit, which we offered. When we arrived to pick it up, they had the paperwork ready to go and had completed a second systems check, only to find out there was a problem with the water pressure. They replace the water pump and batteries ahead of time, free of charge. They spent a good amount of time going through all of the systems in the RV with us, answering questions, etc. Then they installed the hitch and sway bar that we purchased, showing us how it works and took us for a test drive to give us some tips on driving the RV. I was blown away by the level of service we received from this business and highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a used RV. I hope their business continues to grow and enjoy success for many years to come.
