RV Connection

I live in the Sacramento area and have been retired for several years. I decided I would like to purchase and rv and travel the US for a year or so. I really hated the idea of going from lot to lot to locate an rv that I felt might be suitable for my needs. I decided I wanted something small and maybe with the mercedes engine. I'm kind of a computer geek and decided I would shop online first. I tried to read all reviews and ratings of the local dealerships to kind of see what I might be dealing with. A lot of negative and bad reviews out there. I located a few rvs I might have had interest in though a little gun shy due to the reviews the dealerships had. I was following one dealerships inventory in Auburn that seem to turn over their product pretty quick. There was a couple that may have worked for me that were sold before I could make it to their lot. I have done lots of research over the past few months and decided that I will probably only buy from them. The dealership is rv connection in auburn. I decided to make the drive up to their lot and check them out. Boy was I impressed. They didn't have what I wanted but what a vast knowledge of information they had for me. They didn't have many rvs though I know by watching their website they go thru alot. All their inventory was very clen. I dealt with the son Glen jr. and later his father Glen. Very pleasant people. They are partners in the family business and I can see why they are so successful. What drove me to go there was their reviews. They had "0" negative reviews of customers that had purchased from them. None. I searched all the sites I could find and the buyers rated them 5 stars. There were a couple of negative ones that didn't purchase there but after meeting them I would say are probably fictitious postings. I feel they dealt with me as a friend first and a buyer second. I felt it wasn't just my money they wanted. I have not made a purchase yet and I will wait until they come across something for me.

All of our experiences we have had at RV Connection in Auburn have been absolutely fantastic. Have been by their lot on several occasions and have always been treated with the utmost respect. Not pushy though are very knowledgeable. They have guided my wife and I through both of our purchases. A family business that truly feels like family. I can't say enough what a great business they have. Top notch rvs that are extremely clean and well care for. I read a couple of the reviews that weren't very nice and can honestly say they don't reflect the kind of treatment myself or friends have ever gotten. Great company and even better people. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE !!!!!
My experience with Glen Williams was a little unconventional at first even a little abrasive. Glen III was a little more politically correct. I live in Virginia and these guys had exactly what I wanted. These rude guys picked me up at the airport, took me to there dealership sold me a great rv that I then drove 3200 miles to get home. Zero problems. I received a thorough review of the vehicle they even gave me all the accessories that came from the original owner, most dealers knowing the value would have taken them and sold them separately. The father and son are truly great people honest and matter of fact. Like I said I made a long distance purchase from these guys and would not hesitate to do it again. If you want someone to patronize you just to sell you something wrong place. They definitely care about a quality RV. THANK YOU GUYS YOU ARE AWESOME !!!

My wife and have been shopping for an rv for awhile now and was told by a friend about rv connection in auburn. We stopped by today and what a nice place. Pretty small dealership but everything they had was very clean and priced right. I might say that we didn't buy today though we will continue to watch their website for new inventory. Very knowledgeable staff and they gave us our space so we could look and talk among ourselves. We highly recommend. Sam P.

My partner and I purchased an RV from RV Connection approx. 3 years. The whole purchase process was very stressful for us and was really undecided about what to buy. The staff at this dealership was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products and the entire industry in general. We dealt both with the father Glen and the son Glen. We love them both. They gave us our space and allowed us to view and shop and not breathing down your necks though were there to answer all our questions. We settled on a class B motorhome. 3 years and (0) problems. Well were back. Our needs have changed and we're going to be traveling full time. After viewing their website we found a couple motorhomes that may have worked for us. We purchased our second rv which is a 32' a class and was very happy at what we got on our trade. 2 great experiences with this company. A very nice, clean respectable family business. Just purchased an RV from RV Connection 3 months ago and came back from a 4,000 mile trip and everything was perfect. We had planed this trip for 4 years and was weighing the advantages of buying used or new. We decided on used and visited this company on a referral from a neighbor. We had "0" issues and was very pleased with our 35' motorhome we purchased. We had a few questions while on the road and Glen Sr. and Glen Jr. answered all our questions promptly and all went well. Would do business with the business again. Very nice people and we liked the family type atmosphere they offered. Would gladly recommend them to any one. Thank you guys and your team so much. My husband and I live locally and had been looking for a fifth wheel for a few months now. My husband found one on line at RV Connection in Auburn. I called to find out the availability of the trailer and spoke with the owner Glen. He was very helpful and indicated it was still available. I went by and looked at it and my husband was not able to look until the weekend. We both liked the trailer and wanted to leave a deposit. Glen jr. explained their policy on not taking a deposit. He told us that there would no exchange of money until after they had spent the time to show us how everything worked and our final inspection. That was great. Great business and great people. I don't normally write reviews and surely not until I have had a chance to see how well I'm treated after the sell. We made our purchase over 7 months ago. I wish all businesses were as pleasant to deal with as we had with Rv Connection. We live in Florida and were looking for a specific diesel motorhome. They had one like we had in mind on rv trader. I called and spoke to the father Glen and he spent nearly 45 mins. on the phone with me. I had lots of questions and we had already gone to look at several other motorhomes that were out of are area and was getting very disgusted on the condition of the motorhomes we were looking at. Glen assured us his units were clean non smoking units. We decided to take the chance and flew out to Sacramento. We were very surprised to find just how nice the motorhome was. We had made a few phone calls back to Rv Connection with regards to a couple of issues we had. I spoke to Glen jr. and he talked us right through them. The problem was me. All was well. We have made several trips now and just love it. If we ever bay another we will contact them first and recommend them to anyone that is looking. Thank you guys and have a great new year.

I pass by RV Connections in Auburn all the time & always admire their inventory. One day I took a few minutes to stop by & look around. My wife & I had a Class A motorhome but were talking about upgrading. I found a Class A diesel pusher that I really liked. I talked to Glen Sr. for a few minutes (absolutely No pressure). I went home and talked with my wife and a couple days later we went back, she also liked it! We sat down with Glen Sr. and discussed what we had, he said he would take our motorhome on consignment. The next morning Glen Jr. came out to our house to appraise our motorhome. They made us a fair offer. We bought from them, they sold our motorhome & we are "Happy Campers"!

We just completed our 2nd business deal with Rv Connection. We consigned our motorhome with them and they sold within three weeks and we got paid the day after the sale as they had promised. Their offer was thousands more than other local dealers were. We liked the family type atmosphere that they offered. We had several friends in our local community recommend them. We liked our old motorhome it was just too big for us to drive now. My wife spotted a smaller unit on their website. When we consigned the unit we dealt with father Glen sr. We called and talked to Glen jr. on the smaller one. We decided to go in and take a look and it was just what we had been hoping to find. It was easy for my wife to drive and we could still go camping with our club members. We feel that the company went beyond our expectations to meet our need on the consignment as well as our purchase. We couldn't have more pleased. This is the 3rd RV we have purchased from Mr. Williams over the past decade or so. We are getting up in our years and don't have much traveling time left but wouldn't consider buying from anyone else. Have always been treated with respect and given our space to shop and decide what we like. We have recommended him to all our family and friends and all have been treated just as good. My wife and I just took delivery on the 2nd trailer that we have purchased from RV Connection. We have delt with lots of salesmen in our day and can honestly say they were the most pleasant people to deal with. We hardly can believe a purchase can go so smooth both times. My husband and I just took delivery of our 2nd rv purchased from RV Connection in Auburn. Could not be happier. We purchased our first one 2 years ago and since referred our neighbors that purchased also. We got more than expected on our trade which was a trailer and we moved up to a motorhome. We very happy with the deal we got. We dealt with the owners and feel they are the best. Lived up to everything they promised. They spent nearly 3 hrs. showing us how it operate our new one properly. My wife and I live in Sun City Lincoln and belong to an RV Club. Was recommended to rv connection by several members of the club as the place to go to sell our rv. We contaced them and they actually came out to our storage to view it. We made a deal and had our money the next day. They were very pleasant to deal with. Will recommed them to all our friends. 5 stars.

I will start off by saying we couldn't have been a more pleased purchaser. My husband and I had been shopping for over a year now for just the right travel trailer. RV connections website caught our eye several months ago because of how clean their rvs appeared and the good prices. We are from southern California and it isn't easy just to stop by and check their place out. We found a 2010 model that was what we were looking for. We made the trek up to their Dealership and what a pleasant suprise. We made a deal and took the trailer home with us the next day. Towed perfectly and was very pleased on how they took the time to show us thru everything. We are retired and at first were not so sure we wanted to deal with a dealer. What nice people they were to deal with. Wish there were more dealers like them out there. We wish them the best.

We recently sold our Motorhome on consignment with Glen and his son Glen at Rv Connection in auburn ca. What a professional group they have there. We had had our rv at another lot on consignment in rocklin for over 4 months with no success. We took it to Rv connection and they sold it in 8 days. They also paid us the day after they were paid to our surprise. They serviced it and detailed it at no charge to us and we got just what we wanted. Thanks for all the help guys and we will let all our friends know where to buy or sell.

Just a few words with reguards to my husband and I purchasing experience at RV Connection. We had been driving by their business nearly everday for 2 years now and wanting to stop and check out the rvs. Our neighbors had purchaced a motorhome from them and was very impressed with the way they handled the sale.

We appreciated the no pressere approach and how knowledgable they were. We found a trailer we liked though we didn't make our minds up that day. I researched the trailer we were looking at on the internet and found out what a good value the trailer we were looking at was. We returned 2 days later and purchased. To our supprise they would not take a deposit. They held it on our word. Very nice. To end the story we came to pick up and after a 3 hour walk thru we took delivery. Glen took us for a test drive with our truck and trailer and set up the brakes and showed us how to properly tow. This was unexpected. After making this purchase we had met a couple of their customers in our club that were equally as satisfied. Thank you guys,Sara.

I have never walked away from ANY dealer ever with such disgust, This guy was completely arrogant and the rudest sales person I have ever met. By his business card he's the owner !! Anyone to act as rude as he did when I commented on my dislikes and his price is (to me) hiding something for sure! My 2 cents... Stay AWAY every other place that I visited were a joy and ended up buying at Camping World RV Sales -5065 Quinn Road Vacaville, Ca (888)306-5486.

We just picked up our RV this past week after shopping for nearly a year. My wife and I have owned 6 RVs in the past so the buying process was nothing new to us. We found the motorhome on RV trader and it appeared to be exactly what we had in mind. We were a bit reluctant to drive the distance at first but after speaking to Glen, the owner we decided to take a look. When we got there we were pleasantly supprised. Their lot was not so big though was spotless. All the RVs were cleaner than most new ones we had viewed. No pressure and Glen and his Son Glen jr. were there to answer all are questions. Easiest most pleasureable purchase we have made. A true delite in todays market. We also liked the fact that they have a no haggle price posted on all their rigs so it wasn't necessary to play the back and forth thing like car lots. We feel we got a very fair deal and will recommend everyone we know. Thank you Glen and Glen jr. May your business be blessed.

This guy is/was the rudest person I have ever EVER talked to, I called and asked about a Alpenlite 5th he had for sale as I was passing by on my way to go camping Fri. afternoon, he told me to go look at his web site I told him I didnt have time or a way, I was traveling, He then said quote" then I dont have time to Bull Sh**" with you" I could not beleave it. Stay away from sales places like this! If hes that rude to someone trying to buy what will he do during the real sale. DONT TRUST THIS LAME PLACE !!
