Came back specifically for the test drive. No fumbling around – finance man knew his stuff. Car came in a week before I expected. Nice surprise. Time well spent. Car is GREAT. Giving me the tour of the facility was a very nice touch.

I just want to thank you for another excellent experience at Global. Yesterday was a crazy day for me with postponed airline flights and other hassles trying to get back to Atlanta, which delayed Pete and my original appointment time. Pete was flexible with us throughout. Also, I truthfully did not expect to have received an X6 immediately and assumed that we would need to order one to get options that we desired. However, I feel very fortunate that Global had in inventory one that checked all of our boxes. I have had a lot of fun driving the car since purchasing it yesterday and look forward to many more enjoyable driving experiences in my hip new X6.

The sales person was the best ever, Brian Zelis. He even took time to listen to my husband's old sales stories. In the past, we could not trade with Global because we could get a better deal elsewhere. This was the best sales experience that we have had in a while. We trade cars anywhere from 6 months to 2 years and we will be going back to Global.

We don’t always get notes like this. Also wanted to pass on my feelings about your Service department. I needed to bring my new vehicle back to have the tires checked. From the gentleman who greeted me, the Service agent who processed my car (plus he got me a loaner when he found it would take longer to complete the service work needed) and finally to your staff who completed my paperwork and got me on my way - I found this to be a very positive experience. It gave me a very good feeling to know that I'll be taken care of by people who really do like their job and they show it. Thank you again.

First, let me tell you that the reason the BMW slogan is “BMW is the ultimate driving machine” is because IT IS THE ULTIMATE DRIVING MACHINE!” This is the nicest car I ever owned and I am loving the drive around Atlanta, even makes the traffic jam not seem so bad.
