I've had 2 transaction experiences at Global Imports BMW Atlanta. Both of them were with Deon DeSouza. Deon's superpower is that he's truly interested in what you want and need. He listens and delivers. He's upfront and honest. He builds a relationship with you that transcends the sale. I went to Global Imports because of the vast selection. The environment (facility and people) lends itself to making a decision with options without pressure. Everyone I've come in contact with from Deon to the sales manger to the finance manager to the service reps at Global Imports have met and exceeded my expectations.

Excellent service and attention. Prices are high but comparable to other reputable automotive repair companies.

I am a car enthusiast, subscribing to five car magazines, taking advantage of BMW's Driving Experience when invited, enjoyed Plant Spartanburg's performance center and time on the track in an M-5, etc. BMW is also a client and I've spent the equivalent of a couple of months in Plant Spartanburg over the last three years. I hope that there is some way to convey to the products people at BMW engineering what an excellent job they've done making the current edition of the 5 (my exposure is limited to the 530 and 535) by far the best one yet. I've read many articles in car magazines and the occasional nitpicker (i.e. .2 seconds slower 0-60, transmission shifts are slower, etc.) fails to see the whole picture of this car as a daily driver on regular roads, not race tracks. Great job BMW! Pete was a great help in finding the car that I wanted and following the delivery from Brunswick through to the actual hand-over at Global. This is my sixth car from you guys in roughly six years.
