This is a nice family oriented home style cooking restaurant. Whether you want breakfast, lunch or dinner there is plenty of variety to choose from. The food is good and the wait staff go above and beyond to make your dining experience a good one. They are well known for their large variety of pies to choose from daily, served either by the piece while you are dining, or take a whole one home with you when you go. Nice neighborhood restaurant to frequent with family and friends.

First time diner there today at lunch. Last time diner after lunch. Side salad had brown slime on some of the lettuce. They got my order totally wrong. When I did get my chicken fried steak it was mushy and served with no rolls. Service was Ok and the place has a nice feel inside, but . . . .

These days, I understand being disappointed with poor service - but that is something you bring to management's attention, and note in your review - but it's not helpful to completely base your review on 1/3 of the total experience...

FOOD: Very, very good... Feels home cooked (grilled chicken, BLT and omelet w/biscuits and gravy - three trips)

SERVICE: Adequate

VALUE: This is a Diner, not fine dining... Good sized portions for less than 10$/plate...

I recommend you try them, and make your own decision...

Waited 10 minutes with no acknowledgement after being seated. No one even came to our booth to take our order, even after a waiter passed our table 3 times to help a couple in the next booth. The worst customer service I've ever experienced.

BAD service for lukewarm, bland food..took forever also. Spare yourself the annoyance..I'll never go back there again!
