Everyone who works here is wonderful. Yesterday my two little ones missed the bus, so I took them to school. I didnt want to go home and wait until my appointment at 1:20pm since I was already out , so I called the office and they were really nice and got me in at 11:00am. When I got to the office the nurse was so nice and said any time I want to come in early, they will be happy to take me. Now that is great service. Everyone always has a smile and is very nice, it's great to come into the office and the first thing you see is 2 happy receptionist all the time and they always get us checked in and out fast. They always make sure to set follow up appointments and send your prescription to the your pharmacy right away. So there's no waiting to drop off prescriptions and they are ready for pickup before you leave the office. I have been to almost every doctor in there, due to my crazy schedule as a salon owner but every single one is personable and takes the time to listen to your concerns and questions. The doctors always put your health first and explain every medication before they give it to you. I love that the doctors dont push medication at you, I never want to be a zombie due to over medicating and the doctors are great about taking it slow, mg by mg, and they are great at monitoring your medication intake. Dr. Amit Patel always remembers our last conversation, he will ask about my family, how works going and he will talk about his family or share stories of his little boy as well. I always felt rushed at other doctors offices and never got to know the doctor but here it feels like a family when you walk in. You can normally tell if there's alot a negativity in a work place and in my 3 years going here, there's not a day that I walked in and felt that way, it's always a positive place to go as a patient or to work. You never here any employees complain or talk negative about there work place or each other and that says alot about a business/Doctor office.

Just love Kure Smart Pain Management. Dr.Patel and staff are always very professional and pleasant from check in to check out. I love that Dr.Patel takes his time to explain things to me in a way I understand and that he always ask how my husband is doing. Dr.Patel seems genuinely to care about my over all care. If I could give 10 stars for this I would.

This place sucks. I told them I was not there for just narcotics and would like to get help with my pain as long as the narcotics are not stopped as they worked.



So I get two epidurals and they do not do diddly, I ran out of meds due to the fact, by the own admission that the pain will get worse before it gets better but do not break the agreement I signed or they will let me go. I guess they are so well off they do not care.



The head guy Davies is a british prick and I would rather deal with two rampaging rhinos than listen to him again. He touched my back, lifted my leg and in that 30 second time considered me a drug addict.



I would go FAR FAR away from this place.
