My girlfriend and I both have bad back problems along with other health problems. The hill we live on is very steep and is difficult to walk for us. I called the cab at 8:40 pm. The women who received the call informed me that the cab would be a half an hour. After the half hour I called to inquire about the delay and was told that the driver was on route to my location and would be at my location in a few moments and took my phone number so that the driver could call me when he was closer. We waited till 9:40 and their was still no sign of the driver or no phone calls! The temperature was bitter cold and we decided that it would be better to be sore from the walk than to get pneumonia. As we start the ascend the cab finally appears. I look at my phone when we return to our home and it was 10 pm. What happened to the half hour? I'm not happy with the performance of this company. Very disappointed!

I called to cancel a taxi because I found a ride and they hung up on me very rude I don't understand why they had to be that rude I will never forget this incident and probably will not use their services again I would rather take a bus and walk

I have had safe, excellent,courteous, outstanding transportation to medical appointments from JB Taxi. Felix is great dispatch and all the fine drivers are the very best. The "courtesy call" concept is so appropriate, especially regarding transport for medical issues. Thank you all so much. You're the best.
