Cranberry Taxi Service

The operator I spoke with was less than helpful. She made no atempt at being friendly or courteous, frankly she sounded bored. I have no patience for people who treat customers like they are doing them a favor by just doing their job. I asked if I could schedule a pick up for my son for early the next day and gave her my information. He needs to be at work at 6am and I am out of town, hence our need for a taxi. She said that hours of operation vary and she was not sure a driver would be available. What kind of service doesn't know what time they open the next day? I was not scheduling a month or even a week in advance- it was less than 12 hours. Rather than be apologetic for her lack of information and maybe offering some kind of explanation as to why the company operates that way, she chose to be rude. Never actually been in one of their cabs so I cannot comment on that. Based on general policy and the terrible customer service I received just trying to get a cab, I'm not optimistic that it would be any good.

horrible experience. Had to make 10 calls just to hear the driver is coming. After 1 hour of wait, the driver called and asked if I still need a taxi. If yes, he may come but it will take 30+ minutes, Horrible Horrible !!!

called at 11:15am for a 12:45pm pickup. was told by judith to call back at 12:15pm. called at 12:20pm and placed pickup. was told there was 1 person on a local run ahead of me. here it is 2:10pm and i am still sitting at home. had a 2pm court appearance and now i get a ruling against me. thanx UNclassy cab. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

We called Cranberry for a five mile ride to a wedding reception. We were told that they would arrive shortly. After one hour and thirty minutes, and three phone calls, they said they are too busy. We used Reliant Transportation Service instead and got there within thirty minutes of calling them. We tried to reserve a ride back from the reception, Cranberry hung up on us.

This taxi cab company is terrible! We called and made a reservation a day in advance, call them the day we need them and they tell us to call back in 15 minutes, so we call back then they tell us they will call us when the cab is almost to the house, so we wait for a half hour and no call so we call back and they say that the cab they were sending us is on its way to Ross park and we will have to wait an hour. They ruined our whole day and our plans. Save yourself the trouble and don't use this cab company or you will be left twitting your thumbs waiting not them.
