Premium Taxi

I call for taxi dispatcher told me 20 minutes. Nobody didn1t come at all. I try to call back nobody answer . This is horrible service and unprofessional.

I dont understand how tgedr people are still in buisness! Where to begin....the vehicles that they have are extremely messed up almost got into an accident twice in one day due to his brakes suck. And the dispatcher is extremely rude and unorganized I called for a cab and they forgot to pick me up I had to call again an hr later yesterday these people DO NOT know how to conduct a buisness properly. I asked to speak to manager be cause I was not pleased with how the man who was working as dispatch today @11:30 am I DO NOT recommend this taxi service to ANY BODY !!!! Just plain RUDE DISRESPECTFUL and my opinion very UNSAFE!

Will never use them again. Called for a cab and was told 30 mins. They never can! Was late to work. I used a uber to get to where I needed to be. This is the worst company ever. Don't tell someone that you'll be there and not show.....

Called for a cab and was told 10 minutes they pulled up 5 minutes later and was treated very well by the driver. Good experience i will use them over and over again.

The worst cab service ever! Uber needs to ttake Alllllllll of theyre customers because they aint gonna be able to keep them......teeeeerrible terrible terrible! DONT CALL THEM EVER!

If I could give them-10000 stars I would I called for a cab to pick me up for work n they called me back at 710 when I asked to be picked up n they told me they do not pick up there which was a lie because I got in the cab the other day.

Guy tells me taxi would arrive in 20 minutes, after waiting 55 minutes I called again he rudly told me 5 more minutes well 20 minutes later the taxi got to me , horrible service I only waited because I was going to far to walk .

They didn't even come, the dispatcher did not speak english.. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY ISTHIS?

Dispatcher is completely inaccurate with wait times, terrible unprofessional "third world" at best company. Don't waist your money. Better off hitchhiking.

They are so rude and unprofessional!! They have no desire to provide customer service. When they ask for a location they are Snotty and mean. The last time I used them they took too long to come to me so I called and canceled. The guy literally hung up on me so I called and asked if he hung up on me and he said yeah you canceled so there was nothing else to talk about!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVice

I went to a movie theater 10 minutes away from my house and they were telling me to pay 34 dollars. I had two twenty's and the man claimed that he had no change. I ended up having to give him my forty dollars. I had no money for the way back..

if I could give you no stars I would. I called for a taxi an hour before I needed it. when it was 19 minutes late I was told it would be another ten minutes ended up being 45 minutes after I needed it. I WAS LATE FOR WORK BY 25 MINUTES. DON USE THIS COMPANY

I am currently working at a hotel front desk and often have to use a taxi service for our guests. I have given this taxi company many chances to prove themselves, but unfortuantely they have disappointed me everytime. Not only are they rude and not helpful, they act as though you calling them and giving them business is a bother. As a hotel we like to have a taxi service that will be able to accomodate our customers as well as we do and seeing that this company continues to not perform were now forced to find another. Being in the business of customer service we are reviewed daily and not liking to hear bad things about our hotel has taught me when it is time to really tell a company how they can better themselves. My one reccomendation for this business is to hire workers who know how to deal with other customers and give them the time and respect they deserve since we as the customers are giving you our business.

Helps to be able to understand English for directions and pick up address!! Will not use again.

This is one of the two cab services in Allentown, though they both really suck I kinda like this cab service better than the other cab company. They come faster then the other company when you call and their service is pretty poor.

the service was good, we made it to the destination we were going fast, but one little thing was that insted of him taking the short way he took the long way! I could of found 3 different routes make it there in 8 min. good but no cigar!
