J & J CHAUFFEURED TRANSPORTATION

My family and I took out one of the party buses and had the best time!! The driver was outstanding! He arrived 15 minutes early and helped everyone on the vehicle and made extra stops along the way for the bathroom. The party bus was very clean with great speakers. you can tell the vehicle was up to date. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for transportation. and I found the prices are by far the most competitive around.

We had the most horrible experience with J and J transportation. Scheduled a transport to JFK from Bethlehem on a Friday morning for a trip to Hawaii. They got all the info and then they chose the pick up time. None of us had ever been to JFK before and had no idea how long it would take to get there, thought J and J were the "experts". Our driver asked us who set up that time and we told him J and J and he said they didn't give you enough time so the whole trip up there we were nervous that we wouldn't make it on time...and we didn't, missed the flight. There were no flights directly there so we had to take several flights, took us 38 hours to get there instead of 12, lost a night at the condo and $4,000 additional dollars that we had to pay for other flights. When I called to let them know the first girl was very friendly, told me to keep them updated and when I called to update the 2nd girl was so rude, She kept saying why are you calling us when I was trying to explain that I don't want this to happen to anyone else she said that it is the clients responsibility to make sure there is enough time to get to the destination , not theirs. I will never use them again but if you have to don't allow them to pick the departure time, they have no idea what they are doing.

Mrs. P. Smith called into office today to inform us of what a phenomenal job our driver, Saeed, did on her trip to New York City on Sunday December 7, 2014. She also expressed that this was one of the best experiences she had, and how very polite and helpful he was. She also said he was the most experienced driver she has ever came across and he drove perfectly, even in new York City.



A Job Well Done

So i get a cab home from the casino, and i have an arab driver that hardly speaks english. so the cab fares going to be about 100-110$ to take me home. so on the way home, the driver named EMAD pulls out his junk on me. so i tell him to F himself and take me home asap. so i give him the 100$ and leave. 5 minutes later i get a call from the company stating that i only gave 70$ and not the 100$.what to do what to do. these people need to get better cab drivers this is insaneee.

I tried to get pricing from them for a simple event I was trying to plan and each time I called i got difference pricing, REALLY different pricing. $200 difference. Then when I said I received a lower price earlier when i called, they said i must have misunderstood. Its hard to misunderstand $900 and $1100. I wouldn't recommend them, I've heard numerous people have had this issue. I took my business elsewhere.

This is the first time I EVER write a review. I had rented 2 motor coach bus -55 passengers and a stretch hummer for our wedding this past Saturday. It was over 90 degrees, extremely hot!! Our hummer had absolutely NO AC! We had to go from allentown pa to manhattan Ny and from NY back to Allentown in a stretch hummer with no AC. On top of that the music was not working, we were not able to hook up any of the iphone. So we were completely soaked in sweat and bored to death. I had a photographer in our hummer and we were only able to cable 2 or 3 photos in the beginning. We lost 5 houra of photo in the hummer do to no AC and everyone was just sweating like crazy. On top of the hummer, 1 bus also didnt have AC. I called J & J that following monday and they only offer to give back 100!!! Crazy! 5 hours with no AC for my WEDDING! Im in my wedding gown, couldnt even move to keep myself cool. We spent over $4,000 for transporation and the owner Denise waa only willing to give back $100! Never again will I use this service & I will b sure to let everyone I know about this!!

Super great service! Booked J & J for my party bus and limo for my wedding and they were fabulous! The customer service was awesome, especially when I had to make changes. Super great prices too! Both drivers were friendly and were not only on time but EARLY!! Great overall service, thank you!

I just had a surprise party for my mom and it went FANTASTIC! When I had originally called in I spoke to Shannon for a rate. She was very helpful and willing to work with me to get me the best deal! She pretty much walked me through the whole event as I had never planned anything like this before. My driver was very discrete about this surprise and everything went according to plan. I had a party bus and it was out of this world. We all had such a great time and will definately will be doing this again and hopefully soon!

The person on the phone this morning was a sweetheart. I had just called Valley Limo as a corporate contact and they were very rude about a morning pick-up that we had to make last minute. I called J&J and they not only helped me but were extremely pleasant at 5:am on a friday morning. Within 5 minutes I had an email confirmation, I will definitely use them from now on for all of my corporate transportation services.

I had shopped around for a party bus company that would take care of my friends and family for a wedding party. I looked no further. They were awesome and the driver was a sweatheart. Prices were fantastic and even with my bad planning, they were able to accommodate me and my hick-ups. I just recommended them to a friend and I am sure they will be as pleased as we all were.
