New Mexico Quality Air

I bought a Groupon last summer for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. I called in early November to schedule a service appointment. Nobody answered the phone, so I left a message and phone number. Nobody called. Two days later, I called again, and again, nobody answered. So I left a second message. Three days later, and still no return call. Needless to say, I will never do business with this company again. And amazingly, they just came out with a new Groupon! I have also reported the lack of response to Groupon.

I just recently bought an AC unit from this company and I am 100% pleased! I spoke to many different companies in the area for an estimate, and these guys had the BEST price (HALF of the price of other companies!. They workers were very professional, they came in the morning and by the end of the day I had cold air. Thnx New mexico quality air!

I just had work done with this company and I just wanted to say they did a really great job. Everything looks great and my dryer works perfect since I had the dryer vent cleaning.

I (along with a few friends) bought one of the goupon deals for the Air Duct cleaning and I have to say I am happy I did. The service I recieved was awesome! The guys were very helpful and I trusted they knew what they were doing. They were at my house for about an hour and hour and a half and the job was very well done!

I had New Mexico Quality Air at my home today and I just wanted to share what a nice experience I had with them. The customer service was great, that is by far the most important thing for me. I mean anyone can do a job, but not everyone can do it with a smile on their face. They also did a great job with the service, I can tell a HUGE difference with the air quality in my house. No more dusty counter tops!

I have lived in New Mexico for about two years now and I have noticed that a lot of business lack one important thing, good customer service. I had services done by new mexico quality air and the customer service i recieved was outstannding. From when I first called to schedule my appointment to when the techs left my house, they were ver ycouteous and knowledgeable. I had to reschedule my appointment twice beacuse of personal issues and both times they went out of their way to get me back in as soon as they could even though it was my fault. The service was great and I am very happy!

They offer a great service for a very low price! For only $69 I got my air ducts cleaned and my dryer vent cleaned aswell. The two gentlemen were very polite and professional and gave me information about air ducts that I never knew. I have always had really bad allergies and I never knew that my air ducts or ac were connected to it. I noticed a big difference with my allergies almost immediately.

I bought a Groupon for New mexico Quality Air. I've owned my house almost 11 years and never have had the ducts cleaned. I called and the following week the crew came out. They called when they were on the way (early!) They worked for 2 hours and cleaned every duct thoroughly, then sanitized, cleaned the register grates, and crawled under the house and thoroughly cleaned the furnace! I immediately noticed a difference in the heat output and it's very obvious that the furnace isn't working as hard. Well worth the money - excellent service!

In my experience, it is rare to find a service provider with whom you are completely satisfied. New Mexico Quality Air exceeded my expectations. Mike was on time, professional and very courteous. He completed the duct cleaning to my complete satisfaction. Plus he provided a comprehensive and complementary walk-around inspection of our home that was top notch. I was very comfortable having Mike in my home and when I need more service in the future, I know exactly who I will call!
