My experience with Doug and crew in detailing my 2004 Volvo is just the opposite of a couple of the reviews below, i.e., they did a professional, thorough job leaving the car looking much younger than its 16 years. And the price was reasonable compared to what I used to pay back East. Plus - they provided a loaner car as the process takes from 4-5 hours. I was the first customer there and at early hour so a loaner car may not always be available. Based on my experience I have no problem recommending Doug and crew and I will be a return customer for this service.

Terrible job detailing, they couldn't get the headlong stain out they originally promised to use steam to clean however they used an orange base cleaner which left shadows which clearly outlined where the stain was I too it back three times the woman on the third attempt said I was being annul as she was using vineger and water to remove the headliner stains. They have no clue what they are doing save yourselves money and take your car somewhere else.

Figured it would be an ok place because of the reviews wrong! My seats and carpet was still dirty paid $140 for a $20 car detail defiantly not worth the money.

Auto Depot has amazing customer service! Personalized, courteous, knowledgeable and super friendly! Their auto detailing work can't be beat. Two thumbs up and FIVE stars for this company! Absolutely impressed!!
