I was helped by Scott Frankel and he made my
purchase experience smooth. I was using a truck which belongs to a friend of mine for a month since I thought I couldnt get any car loan because my insurance hadnt paid the loan to my financial institution yet. A customer from my work told me to go to Houston Wholesale but I was hesitant. Anyways, I decided to go just to check it out that's when I met Scott. To my surprise..He got me the loan! I've been a customer for over 10 years and I continue to refer them to everyone I know! They are so generous and caring, they really do care about each and every customer. Recently someone threw a brick at my windshield while on the freeway, I went to the nearest auto glass shop to have it replaced at Horizon auto glass. $250 dollars and 5 hours later I could not believe my eyes, it was the worst quality that I have ever seen, the moldings were so bent up, etc. I couldn't deal with them so I drove to Houston to ask if they would fix it since they are the only dealership I trust. Sure enough Gary ordered all the necessary parts, gave me a loaner vehicle and had it fixed immediately. Even though Houston Wholesale cars had nothing to do with the bad job from Horizon, they still fixed it at no cost! I highly recommend Houston Wholesale cars to everyone I care about!
