I needed a new workman's comp policy for our small business, and was referred to Keith. He worked quickly to get the policy in place before our old one expired, and throughout the entire process acted as MY representative--not the representative of the insurance companies. I have a small business and to say that I was surprised at the level of attention I received would be putting it mildly; we've all been trained to not expect much from insurance agents, but Keith is determined to show us that that doesn't have to be the case. It's clear he takes his job very seriously and values his clients. He was quick to respond to every phone call and e-mail, and looked thoroughly into every question I posed. It has truly been a pleasure and an inspiration working with him.
