The Great Catch

The food was excellent, had the All you can eat fish, offered on Friday. First off it took a half hour to get our meal,the waitress ask we wanted more fish. I said I would take a couple pieces, a half hour later, I ask when the we're going to bring my fish. Response, When we are done serving ever one that ordered the All you can eat, then we will serve thier Seconds. Are you kidding me? ?? What a ripe off. Never did get a second helping, as I didn't have time to sit there all night.
Sadly the waitress could have cared less.
Oh I also ordered and to quote myself unsweetened tea, no lemon, no lemon, no lemon. It came with a lemon the I am allergic to . She got me another, it was sweet tea. I said this is sweet. She said your the third person to tell me that. Then asked if I wanted a coke, because we must not have unsweetened tea. Totally unorganized.

I was driving by and decided to try this restaurant, that they say has only been open a month, because they have Ipswich whole belly clams. They were fairly busy and seemed overwhelmed. Took awhile to get water and I asked twice for a spoonful/sample of the clam chowder. It was a fairly disgusting gloppy mess that did not taste like a clam chowder should so I didn't even eat the sample. Waited over an hour and 15 min for my oyster/whole belly clam basket but it was worth the wait. Perfectly cooked & lightly breaded! I got a substitution of browned onion rings for the fries. They are good as well since they are lightly hand-breaded. But they need to improve their service and teach their waiters to keep checking back with their tables to see what else they need instead of staying in the back out of sight! I had to repeatedly ask for my waitress about the order taking so long, refills of water, lemon, another cole slaw, a lobster roll to go, a side of tarter, the onion rings fried longer, a bag and then to pay!.....all of which she should have been surveying her territory to notice! Other patrons were perturbed as well.
