NAPA Auto Parts

I called about a trailer hitch my husband really wanted for Christmas. They said they could order it, and have it in the next morning. I called the next morning to see if they had it before I left. They forgot to order it. They said they would order it again, and have it there by 3:00 in the afternoon. This was really stretching it because he was about to be home for Christmas vacation, but they were sure it would be there. I agreed. I called at 3:15. After 20 minutes on hold, they told me they never picked it up from their warehouse, and weren't going back today. They said they could have it the next day, which was too late. I had to say nevermind. I am down to two hours before he gets home, and trying to find somewhere that has the main item I was getting him for Christmas. Very upset. It was almost a $200 item. I will not be using Zephyrhills NAPA anymore.
