Nailport Express

I have stopped going here. The staff is rude, and they always try to push other services on you..."Oh...you need a wax..." I have found that the gel nails/fill that they do is nothing but ACRYLIC with a gel top coat so they can charge you the higher price of a gel fill. I feel I have been ripped off...another thing...they also charge for their services SEPARATELY where other places INCLUDE a manicure and if your nails are too long they will cut them down for FREE...but here it was an extra $20 for those services ON TOP OF the price of the fill.

Okay don't get me wrong, they do a great job on nails but they're not the nicest staff on the planet. For one, a lot of time they seem like they don't want to be there and that you, the customer, are just a bother to them. I've encountered my fair share of rude staff there. Even though most of the time they're speaking a foreign language you can often tell that the staff, particularly the younger employees, are crackng jokes about they're customers. Two of the girls started talking aboout me today and I would have left if is wasn't for the fact that it was my sisters birthday and my mom really wanted to have some girl time. It seems almost by the way they're acting that they're forced to be there, which maybe be true because they are in the same family basically and a few of them seem like they just came to the country and they bring they're children with them to work.
