Do NOT NOT NOT move in here! Lot rents are horribly high and rise at every given opportunity by the owner, over $100 in the past few years! THEN they will nickel and dime you to death with improvised "extra" charges....the garbage is supposed to be included in lot rent, yet they are charging an extra fee for it. calling it a "pass through" fee of well over $100. Also, even though this is SUPPOSED to be an adult park, they allow people with children to move in! AND.....supposedly, no dogs over 22 lbs., yet there are many that weigh 3 times that in this park. Many many vacant homes, this park is so NOT the place to reside, look elsewhere!!!!!
