All-Tech Air

Things with this company started out great. Patrick, the owner, came out to our house within a day of us calling them. We needed an entire new system. He quoted us, everything sounded great, so they came out a couple days later and installed everything. The installation was fast and went well.



The problems came a few months later. We were suppose to get a rebate from Progress Energy for the improved system. All Tech took too long and sent the wrong information with the paperwork, so we ended up getting shorted $200 on our rebate. Patrick was very rude and unprofessional in the emails he wrote me about this.



Also, the drip pan was never mounted properly because "there wasn't enough room" in our attic to do so. Well, we ended up having it overflow and cause water stains on the ceiling in our house. All Tech didn't care. It overflowed because when they installed the system, they knocked insulation into the line and it got clogged.



Very poor, rude customer service.
