Mr. Trash LLC

Mr. Trash, is unreliable, they very seldom pick-up on a regular basis. They never answer their business phone. the old saying is so true, you get what you pay for! they may be cheaper than the rest around town, but their customer service is terrible.

I shouldn't give 1 star . No trash pick up last week missed us or decided not to work. Constantly 2 days late picking up. Sorry excuse . I'm canceling it 😡😡

Crappy service. Mr trash does not want to pick up our trash when we pay ahead of time. 🙄 I would give a zero if I could.

I have put up pictures that shows how many times today alone I've tried to get a hold of Mr. Trash to come pick up our trash, we just gave them another $100 on Tuesday and the promised it would be picked up on Thursday, even my neighbors are dropping them we are all getting tired of buying more trash bags to rebag our trash that they won't pick up!!

My trash is picked up maybe once every 2 weeks. Never on the correct day. Calling Mr. trash to inform them they have forgot my whole neighborhood again the phone either rings busy, or isn’t answered. Pay the extra couple of dollars to get a company that actually works for their money.

I would like to say thank you to mr. Trash and crew for working such late hours because of the bad weather we had in January. My hats off to them for a job well done. If you want a great trash man, call mr. Trash.

I've had too call twice cause they said that we never paid, but we pay in advance and they never have it applied to our account. They take forever to cash checks. They have missed our trash pickup 3 times in 1 year now. More than big O refuse and I thought I was losing my mind with them. The person doing the accounts receivable and payable got to get it together!! I do my job and when I pay someobe fora service I expect them to simplify my life not complicate it.

Wonderful company! Mr. Trash is great to work with. Affordable, reliable, and incredibly easy to work with. Look forward to working with them in the future!

I'd give them a zero if I could. I've paid my bill in advance and after doing so they have picked up my trash 2 out of 7 weeks and counting. I've called multiple times and left messages, I've yet to receive a response on why it hasn't been getting picked up regularly. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

The services provided by Mr. Trash was adequate and I have no complaint about that. My complaint with the company is how they have handled my refund. A few days after setting up services and prepaying through January, circumstances required my family to move. I requested a refund in mid September and have not gotten a dime. They sent me a check mid November with my name misspelled and was told I had to send it back in order to get a corrected check. It is the 8th of December and I have not received the corrected check. I have been calling almost every day for an update and keep getting the voicemail. I have contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. Worst customer service experience to date.

Great service! Very nice people. Reasonable rates! Couldn't ask for a better trash company! Have been using their services for 3 yrs and never had any problems.

Very nice and friendly. I would recommend this comapny for my trash removal. They are easy to work with as well.
