Allied Machine

We dropped off some drill steel to be rethreaded in a fast manner. We called ahead and owner assured it would be completed. We dropped off job. Didn't seem to be a busy place as there wasn't any work going on. Guys were helpful in unloading and a tall guy apparently owner came out to get info. He assured me it would be done by next day. I left and waited for call. By the next day I hadn't received any calls. I called in and a lady named Cindy answered phone. I asked about job and asked for owner. She told me he wasn't available. I told her we are waiting on this to be completed. She said sorry you aren't our only customer. I was taken back. I asked her to have him call me asap. Heard nothing so I went down next morning and walked in shop. My bar was laying untouched on floor. A guy came over and gave me whole life story. Said he had worked there almost 20 years and this was common and for his last review owner offered him a 10 cent raise and only gives him part time work BC he was injured at work but didn't push the issue BC he wanted to keep his job. I told him to get the owner. He came out asking what the arrogantly problem was. I retouched in our timeline and he said it must have fell through the cracks but he would make it right. I gave him until the next day. I came in on company time the next morning and bar war finished. The work wasn't perfect but would work. I went into office to settle up. They offered to give me a discount IF I paid cash and didn't need a receipt. I ended up paying full price to get a receipt. After all this I left feeling used and unappreciated. I wouldn't recommend services to anyone looking.
