I received first-class, quick, and friendly service at each trip to AAMCO. Ron was extremely generous with his time and knowledge and I would recommend AAMCO to anyone!

They treat us fairly they worked with usgood I like them a lot and they help us try to save some money on the repair and everything so they treat us fairly reasonable and I like them 100%

Larry did a great job helping me navigate the ins and outs of the extended warranty on my daughter's car to ensure we got the best outcome for the money (deductible plus details not covered by the warranty). I really appreciate his honesty and customer-focused approach.

my family has had several vehicles repaired here over the years, with excellent results. recently they repaired my ford truck and saved me several hundred dollars compared to the place on richards road. their warranty is good nationwide and their technicians are the best in zanesville in my opinion,if a customer has a problem dealing with these folks, they're probably not being honest or fair with the repair facility. they must be doing something right, they've been in the same location for nearly 50 years!!!!!

If possible I would give negative star rating. DROVE my Aztec to them for an estimate only. They removed my transmission then wanted $4,000 to fix it. I refused to pay and demanded they fix it and they stated they would keep my vehicle and sell it to pay for their service. After threatening to call BBB and a lawyer, I had to have my drivable Aztec towed away from them with the tranny in the backseat. Their doing, not mine. Ruined my upholstery and my vehicle. Tow driver informed me this was not the first time he had to deal with AAMCO this way. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I paid for my transmission to be rebuild but I recieved a used one and the boot around my steering column was torn and hidden from view. It has been just over a year and it's starting to mess up already. I would stay away from these people.
