Horrible service! Chris is a con artist! She will tell you whatever to sell a car! I bought a 2004 BMW from them and two days later the transmission is giving me problems! I called them to tell them the problems that the BMW dealership told me the car was having she insisted that they were lying and trying to get money out of me then hung up in my face! No they got several thousand dollars out of me! Not once but twice! I've already hired a lawyer! I should have done my research! They took me fast because I'm young and fresh out of college! Should have had it looked at first! I'm really hurt by this! Hope this saves someone else!

Please PLEASE don't buy a car from them!!! Honestly I didn't do my homework I'm a single mom I was in dyer need of a car I bought a 4,000 05 Sebring from them. I got my car 08/03/14 and it is now 12/30/14 and I still don't have my plate, registration, or bill of sale. I complain and complain about my expired temp tag and they simply lie about overnighting new tags. Worst business I have ever dealt with in my life and after I write this review I'm contacting better business bureau. They have to shut down in order to stop their lies and ridiculousness

Bought a truck on July 3, 2014. We were told it would be ready to pick up on July 7. They sold truck to someone else on July 5th and cashed our deposit check on July 8. Took 3 weeks of phone calls to get check back. The owner, Clark Crain, his wife Christel Crain, Chris (saleswoman) are a bunch of liars and crooks. Do NOT buy from these thieves.!!!!

These people r crooks. They sell nothing but pieces of junk. Bought a truck and it broke down 30 mins down the road. They claim they r trying to fix it but have had it for 3 weeks. Never do business w these people!!!!!! Time to hire a lawyer

This is the worst place I have ever had to deal with. The salesmen are Ok But the owner (William Clark Crain) Will flat out lie to you and treat you and his salesman with no respect. He will deal with you through his salesman and will back out of a deal once agreed on. If a person is to deal with this place be ready to be treated like the lowest person on earth. Mr. Crain should be investigated immediately and shut down. He does not deserve a one star rating........If you need to talk to him, he will hide like a little child

Purchased date April 18, 2013 with a warranty paid over 13,000 cash. Drove home with immediate problems. Called dealership and was told to bring the truck back on Monday and that's exactly what we did. We were given excuses for weeks then months, then they refuse to return our calls. No title or registration ever received. I located the truck 50 miles away at a Machanic shop, they too could not get a return call from Johnathan Moore. Hired an attorney and Johnathan called and threatened my husband. I just retrieved the truck, they put nearly 2000 miles on the truck over the last three months, and the truck now has additional issues. How can they get away with this? Because some people can not shell out several more thousand dollars to hold them accountable. If its the last thing I do these people will be stopped, through our court system. Do your homework, I sure wish I would have.
