Kozy Kennels

boarded my cat for a little over a week this year. When I went to pick her up, the staff told me that she wasn't very friendly and had been hissing at the staff. I've never had this problem before with her when she was boarded. They asked me to come pick her out of the kennel since she was not friendly and when we walked into the cat room, their was a dog around the corner that was barking incessantly. I asked if dogs were supposed to be in the room, and the vet replied that it was her dog and he doesn't bark all the time. I called later to discuss my disappointment and was told that she would mark my file so the dog wasn't in there next time. My advice to you is not to take your cat there if it doesn't like dogs - because the vet likes to keeping her barking dog in the room. I would expect the vet to be more concerned for the well-being of the boarded cats.

Everyone here at Kozy Kennels are been so wonderful with our babies. We can go out of town and not worry about our girls. The people there are so attentive and sweet.

From Miss Beverly, who checks you in to Miss Debbie, who is in charge of the back, to all the wonderful assistants who work there--everyone is awesome. They take my girl back, with her bed and her meds and her toys and always smile and greet her by name. She loves going to the Kozy Kennel!!
