Generations Watch, Clock, & Jewelry Repair

I’m new to Yukon and the Westbury area and was was looking for a reputable watch dealer in the area. No way I wasn’t going through the hassle of fighting traffic to one of the local malls or downtown OKC. The guys here were awesome and very competent. I has 3 watches that needed new batteries (haven’t been changed in years, one being being my Fathers he had died in an aircraft accident); and 2 new watches I had recently purchased. They did all the worked WHILE I waited. Incredible service done by skilled technicians (one guy was an OU graduate). Super friendly and provided valuable information on local services. Worked preformed at great prices and watch bands adjustments carried lifetime warranties. Highly recommend these guys. Thanks!!!

Great folks, took care of my Tag Heuer and fixed our old mantle clock that my grandma cherished. We live in here OKC and were told this was the place to go.

Needed a new watch battery & was advised credit card machine was down. Could accept check but when handed over check was advised account was frozen & had to be made out to owner name. Said would not take amended check with his name written in. Said cash only. Now think credit processing fee not being paid. Shady dealings for business. Don't prepay for anything @ location. May never see funds again.

I dropped a watch off for repair but have not heard back from them on its status. I have been trying to call but noone has answered for a couple of weeks now. I have left messages but noone has returned my messages. Have they gone out of business???
