Dental Depot

You make an appointment and are left waiting for hours. And no a bottle of water dand a t-shirt doesn't make me feel better. Horrible service.

4 hours from check in to check out with an appointment for wisdom teeth to be pulled. The dentist would pull one, leave to take care another patient or have a smoke break, then come and pull another. The shots for numbing were never-ending because they kept wearing off. For the 1 week check-up it took over an hour past appointment time to be called into a room, then more waiting. Nothing positive to say about this.

These people suck! they make you wait for hours past your appointment time and then mess up the prescription for the pain medicine at the end of the day and then wont answer the phone to correct it. They also fraudulently billed my insurance for a cleaning when they were finishing a root canal if i could give 0 stars i would.

Do not go unless you want to wait on average 90 minutes post appt time. My husband walked out after 2 hours. Office staff is extremely rude and not helpful.

It is a Horrible dental office. We have to Wait a lot, the employees are not nice. The Manager was bad. The Dentist doesn't have good skill. Anyway I think they love money. The Customers are basically money.

Staff was rude and I waited for over an hour!

Wife had a emergency this morning and I called to see if she could be seen. After immediately bombarding me with insurance questions and making sure I understood we would have to pay cash if they couldn't verify the insurance, they finally asked what was wrong and told us to come in. We came inane after waiting 2.5 hours they still couldn't tell us when she could be seen (if at all,) . We left and cancelled all appointments for our kids cleanings. They could have cared less

Un sanitary !!they don't use led aprons, they don't wash their hands and they don't clean out the lines where the suction is at ! Please save yourself from going here I will never take my children here again !

I will never go back. Dr. Elie Abou-Nassar and most of the staff were very friendly, but both experiences were extremely painful, for procedures that I have had before with little to no pain. I have had a lot of work done in the past and am very accustomed to and good with pain, but both times they had me in tears and once I actually had to scream to get their attention (as much as I could with stuff in my mouth). As much as the first time sucked, I went back the second time because everyone was so nice and I have anxiety about meeting new dentists. It was so awful that I have decided to never go back there again.



Also, not a big deal, but the old fashioned train depot decor did nothing to make me feel comfortable either. Why would people want to be reminded of ancient technology in the dentist's office? I'd be much happier in a modern, clean environment.

Dr. Nisha is the first dentist that I have ever seen that didn't hurt me in any way or make me feel like I didn't take care of my teeth!! Normally I am filled with dread when going to a dentist appointment but after my first visit with Dr. Nisha at Dental Depot all of my anxiety has gone away. I am so thankful that I decided to give Dental Depot another try!
