The repair didn't take long, though the service was great!

Fast, pleasant, and easy to work with. Our technician was Josh Taylor and I highly recommend him.

We needed a fast fix for our broken water heater. Bailey Bros. was able to come within two days. The technician arrived on time and was generally professional. He worked for half-a-day to install a new unit.



In their defense, the technician provided a written estimate before work began. It seemed rather high especially considering we used the 10% online discount coupon from their web site. But we couldn't wait still more days for another plumber to come and provide service.



Within a week of completion we heard from a coworker and a close relative, both of whom had water heaters replaced in the past few weeks. They both paid significantly less, and used terms like "highway robbery" and "took you to the cleaners" upon hearing our price.



Let the buyer beware when contacting this company. Hopefully, you won't be caught in a difficult situation as we were. Be prepared to negotiate or go elsewhere if they won't do the work at a reasonable and customary price.
