Murphy Thomas J Insurance

Well I have been trying to contact the office for over a month, to change my policy, and every time I call. It says "Your call cannot be completed at this time, Please try again later." this is a big problem since I no longer have the car that is on my policy, I need to switch to a non owner one or just plain cancel at this time. I call the 800 number for the claims dept to do all this, but they say I need to contact my broker. This is a big problem since I live 120 miles away fro the office and have no car. this place is a big pice of crap and they need to loose thier brokers license!!!!!!!!! my drivers license has been suspended to to non-payment, but I have always paid my bill. Thomas J Murphy Insurance. would be a no star rating, but it wont let me submit withought at least 1 star.. lol
