The Lake Shore Apartments

Very nice appartments but the woman at the entrance who takes your id when you visit is extremely rude and unprofessional. She kept cutting me off while I was explainig to her im trying to go to the docks and not the apartments that are upfront so I needed to go thru the gate. It took way longer than it should have and she was making it out to be a big deal. I was planning on renting here soon but not while that sad excuse of an employee who is suppossed to GREET guest is still there. Completely ruined the place for me.

I really do not know why so many people have complaints with the management here I go to the office and talk to them not yell like a kid but talk to them and so far everything has been taken care of...I do agree about rent going up but you tell me where does it not go up...I have been here for 3 years and I had to move when G.M. cut my pay for over $500 a month so I now have a 2 br but I love it.. I have wonderful neighbors around me..most are wonderful.. we meet outside when it is warm and I can hardly wait for it to get warm so we can open the doors and sit outside talking and laughing about anything and everything...I feel if you have a problem it is a big part of you..be nice it gets you a lot farther than being bitter...be a good neighbor and get good neighbors.it works both ways...I am Sandra Caron and if things get bad around me you better beleive I speak my mind.. but talk dont act like a kid and scream it gets you nothing...love your home and take care of your home ... I pick up paper that adults throw down.. sad but yes they do... I am very tired of all the dog poop I have around me..but I see people not even bring out a bag to put it in...LOL but want to complain about how bad things are...look in the mirror before going after management..be happy and im sure alot around you will be happier too.. I do love my home...

I would not recommend Lake Shore Apartments to ANYONE. I lived there for 2 horrible years. They are violation happy. The will give a violation for anything. They will send you to court if you are 20 days late on rent and charge $144!! We paid over $1,200 in monthly pet fees/ pet deposit over the 2 years and still charged us $600 for new carpeting. They were not willing to work with us at all.



I would rather live on the street than live there again.

A wonderfull place to call home. The view's outstanding, friendly staff, atmosphere can be both casual or formal,

the pools clean, and inviting, the club house fit for any occation. security supurb.
