- Adventure Center, founded in 1974, provides day care services for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and kindergarteners in the Washtenaw and adjoining counties in Michigan. The center provides a wide range of programs that build the social, emotional, physical and intellectual skills of children. Its activities include language arts, reading, mathematics and science. It has more than 18 employees and has an indoor gym and outdoor playgrounds. Adventure Center offers full-time and part-time care services from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and is located in Ypsilanti, Mich.

Provided by SuperpagesBoth of my kids started at Adventure Center as babies. My son has been through all of the classrooms and now has "graduated" onto kindergarten. My daughter loves every day in the toddler room. The dedicated staff is all fantastic and they treat the children like their own. Due to the low turnover of staff, the same people who cared for my son now watches over my daughter.

Provided by SuperpagesAdventure Center is the best child care around. They have a wonderful facility with dedicated, trained, and experienced staff. I wouldn't take my children anywhere else!

Adventure Center is wonderful. We are completely comfortable having our 3 year old
there and have been since she started as an infant. She looks forward to going
every morning and sometimes doesn't want to leave! The staff is like a family and make
the parents feel very welcome and part of the center. We get daily written and oral
reports from the teachers and always feel informed and connected to what our daughter is
learning and doing each day. We couldn't imagine sending her anywhere else!
Both of our children were at AC since they were infants. Our youngest just graduated from their kindergarten. We have nothing but good things to say about the care our children received and feel that they are well prepared for school. We especially love the fact that the teachers have been there for many years. Both boys had the same teachers in each room.
