Palm Island Car Wash

This place has horrid customer service. I put my dollar into the vacuum and nothing. The darn thing was making noise with no suction, so I called the numbers available on site hoping for a refund. ( yea I know it's only a dollar but I work hard for my money) If the guy on the other end had said sorry, but I'm indisposed and can't help you, but thanks for letting me know our vacuum isn't working I'd have chalked it up to bad luck. However this guy said we have never had a problem before maybe you broke it. Try another one, and if it doesn't work I'll give you a free car wash. I told him I only had the one dollar and even if I did have another why would I chance it on one of your machines when one has already proved ineffective? He basically said too bad. This guy is an insensitive idiot and I will take my dollars elsewhere as this company does not care about its customers feelings.
